Brilliant company to deal with
Brilliant company to deal with. I had an issue and they sorted it out in super fast time. This isn’t the 1st time either. I made a mistake a few months ago, and they sorted it out in the same professional way. I can’t recommend this company enough. I love the designs and fonts too. Signed up for a free account. Pop ups appeared with them trying to get me to agree to 600k coins and moving to paid prescription which i of course said no to. Next thing i knew they had charged my credit card for a years subscription. Absolutely avoid this company.

How is this company still operating after several incidents of money laundering? Free trial turned out to be 65usd in 2 minutes without authorization. Stay away from this company, they’re bunch of scammers!

Creating an account was easy,downloading fonts was easy, the price was affordable too! I only needed a few fonts for personal use and didn't realize I had signed up for the annual subscription. I emailed them and received a response almost immediately saying that they had refunded my order. Very appreciative!

I love that Creative Fabrica provides commercial use for the cards I need. It's a great resource for Business owners. I also loved their customer service. I was charged for a subscription I didn't realize I had signed up for, and they were so quick to get back to me and refund me.

Good content, aggressive sales.
Plus points: High and reliable content quality, with an enormous range of categories to choose from.
Min points: When I cancelled my subscription, the cancellation appeared to be successful, but my account still showed it as active. I had to contact support to get this resolved. To their credit, support helped me within minutes, which was excellent. Still, I would expect something as basic as subscription cancellation to work correctly through the interface without requiring additional support.
In the past, I also ended up with two subscriptions running in parallel for a while before I noticed. The frequent promotional banners and offers made the subscription journey less clear than it should have been.
Over the years, the sales approach seems to have become increasingly aggressive, while the interface, user journey, and search functionality have not improved at the same pace to handle the growing amount of content.
The content itself remains very good, but the overall user experience is ultimately the main reason I decided to stop paying for the service.

I had (in my old age) made a big mistake…
I had (in my old age) managed to sign up with an email addresss I NEVER use and when I already had a subscription with Creative Fabrica. I wrote when I noticed the two charges on my statement and asked what was going on, nicely. I got an immediate response from a gal that was so very nice and understanding and said she'd take care of it, just tell her which acct Is the right one. Within a couple of hours of my initial letter to them, everything was magically fixed with no scolding or feneggling on their part. I couldn't be happier with them and how I was treated!
