Título: Deceptive auto-renewal with fake banner claim - but refunded after dispute
On Aug 30, 2026 I was charged $59.88 (PayPal 1CJ11558NF640174D / Order JFZ5CWHX-0002 / Sub sub_1Tv2LUGMGczsHUNwTrv7iJ79) for Studio AI Yearly that I never knowingly authorized. I never used Studio AI or any coins.
Support (Request 1735440) claimed I accepted a promotional banner for 620,000 coins + 25,000 free trial coins. FALSE. I never clicked any banner. I asked for proof: timestamp, IP, screenshot of consent and auto-renewal disclosure. They could not provide it.
After I escalated via PayPal dispute and requested proof, Diana from support canceled immediately and refunded on Sep 15, 2026 (5-7 business days) as an exception. I appreciate the refund, but this is a dark pattern subscription flow.

Creative fabrica has done it again with their sneaky stealing game. I cancelled my membership last year when they double-charged me by pressing the renewal button by mistake. Then I forgot all about it. To my suprise they went into my bank card to try and take a whole year subscription fee, knowing well that I cancelled last year. I logged in yesterday to cancel again, and around 3.am this morning, they tried again. This act of scamming customers is getting out of hand. All I can advise customers is to use a card that is not regularly in use to sign up. Or else, you would have paid four years ahead of subscription and that wont stop them charging you another at every giving opportunity!

Terrible scamming app cancellation is made impossible. The “free” trial isn’t free and they always redirect you when you try to cancel NEVER use it

I had a terrible experience with Creative Fabrica. They charged my credit card immediately for the yearly fee and did not give me the immediate download of the pattern I chose, actually they never gave me my pattern. So I cancelled my membership and asked for a refund of $47. It was not as easy as they said it would be. Eventually I was notified that they had credited my card. But here is the kicker, the company turned around and charged another card I use as my main card, I NEVER gave them this card, so it caused quite a bit of trouble at home having to cancel the card, etc.
Don't trust this company.

I subscribed to a trial to creativefabrica. i cancelled the trial in time, but they charged anyways and I didn't notice the charge until until it attemtpted to renew the subsription again just recently but there the charge didn't go through because that card isn't active and I received an alert. I contacted the comapny and offered a remedy. either (a) refund the amount or (b) offer me one year of service where I'm aware of the service being avaiulable., they are saying well you had a year of service, but I never used it because I cancellled it. When I went to cancel it after they attempted the renewal, the process it took showed me that they have fradulent practices geared to make you think you are cancelling when you are not and blocked buttons that don't click, etc. eventually it worked, but I assume that the excuse they'll make is that i didn't properly click the left box 9 times or somethung crazy. it took 10 minutes of clicking and refreshing before being able to cancel the recent time. I guess I thought I cleared it during the trail to cancel, but they confuigred it in a way to make me think so and charged me anyways. i didn't notice the charge because I charged a lot that month on other things and didn't look at my statement. when i offered the remedies, they refused to acknloedge what took place refused the refund and didn't acknlowedge the rememedy offer of a free year of sergvice which i would have accepted. i have dyslexia. sorry for the typos

UPDATE 2: I'm happy to report that Creative Fabrica looked more closely into my issue and provided a full refund. The last two representatives who responded to my email truly read my message and didn't dismiss my concerns, despite the glaring issue. I have enjoyed my Creative Fabrica account for years, and I am happy to remain a customer now that I see that my concerns were taken seriously and they cared enough to respond appropriately. Thank you, Creative Fabrica (Especially Gabriela and Alex)!
UPDATE 1: Creative Fabrica sent an email saying they will look into the issue, but my refund request remains unresolved. If the company resolves it, I will update this review to reflect the outcome.
ORIGINAL MESSAGE:
After many years as a satisfied Creative Fabrica customer, my recent experience with its new AI Studio has left me unwilling to recommend the company or renew my subscriptions.
I signed up for what was advertised as a “FREE” trial. Before I had even tried a tool, an offer appeared to purchase an additional year at a reduced price. Since I didn’t yet know whether I liked the Studio, I clicked “Maybe Later.”
I then tried the music and image generators. I enjoyed the music, and the images were fine. However, the credit costs were substantial: each song I generated used 5,000 credits, and each image used 6,000 out of a starting balance of 650,000.
Because I liked the music, I wanted to learn more about the subscription offer. I clicked an icon advertising a deal, expecting to see pricing and terms. Instead, that single click resulted in charges of $59.88 for an annual subscription and $49.99 for a monthly subscription providing 700,000 credits. I was not shown the terms or a separate purchase confirmation before being charged.
I contacted Creative Fabrica to request a refund. The company refunded the $49.99 monthly charge but refused to refund the $59.88 annual charge, citing its subscription terms and stating that I had used subscription credits. I disputed that explanation because the music and images I generated were created under what I understood to be the free trial.
My understanding of the plan is that the annual subscription provides 650,000 credits for the entire year, rather than a fresh allowance each month. An additional 700,000 credits costs $49.99 per month. Given how frequently I use creative tools, that arrangement would not meet my needs. Had I been able to review those terms before being charged, I would not have purchased it.
My main concern is the purchasing process. Clicking an offer to learn more should give customers a clear opportunity to review the price, credit allowance, and subscription terms before confirming a purchase. In my experience, that did not happen.
I explained my concerns to customer support, but the annual charge remained. After years of doing business with Creative Fabrica, I expected a more helpful resolution to an unintended purchase during what was presented as a free trial.
I urge anyone trying AI Studio to check the credit allowance and renewal terms carefully and to be cautious when clicking promotional offers. In my case, a click I expected to provide information resulted in immediate charges.
Before this happened, I was considering renewing my regular Creative Fabrica subscription early. Now, I will not renew any of my subscriptions. I believe that when a customer raises a reasonable concern, a company should make a sincere effort to resolve it. I would want to give my own customers a reason to keep trusting me and doing business with me. Instead, I was left paying for a subscription I didn't intend to purchase and feeling like my concerns didn't matter.
Creative Fabrica, I hope keeping that $59.88 was worth losing a loyal customer who had planned to continue doing business with you for years to come.

Signed up for what I thought was a free trial, used a couple of tines not realising that I would soon be charged £71.46. Upon realising id been charged I contacted their customer support who failed to deal with my request for a refund at all and simply thanked me for my understanding and would pass my feedback on. I think the sign up trial and subsequent fees/charges are intentionally misleading. Will never use again and hope others take notice. If they where a decent levit company id be hopeful that some sort of refund woukd be given. The fact they havnt leads me to believe they are scam artists he'll bent on taking money in an underhand manner.
Update the company have indeed reeched out but still fail to give refund sticking to whatever script they have in front of them.
Please be very careful with this company and be aware you will be chargrd even if on a trial. Absolute scam. They've had ane opportunity to put this right but conto refuse. I even offered to forfeit the two days I was 'subscribed' in order to recieve a partial refund but they still refused this.

I’ve had a good experience with Creative Fabrica so far. The platform is easy to use and offers a great variety of resources. I also contacted support recently, and they responded quickly and clearly, checked the issue properly, and were very helpful. Overall, I’m happy with the platform and the customer service.

Your generated images are too contrasty and too sharp and don't even look like the original person. Most of the time images come out shorter and wider.

FINAL UPDATE (Sept 15, 2026): After escalating the issue to senior management and exposing clear contractual breaches regarding premature billing, Creative Fabrica has formally conceded. They have fully canceled the account with immediate effect and issued a full manual refund. I am monitoring my account for the next 5–7 business days until the credit clears. Stand your ground if you are hit with their hidden automated conversion traps!
I am updating this review because your support response fails to address the deceptive architecture of your platform. Ticket 1735379 has been requested for senior manager escalation based on the following undeniable facts:Premature Charges: The checkout interface explicitly stated, "Oct 14, 2026 – Unlimited Downloads" under the trial terms. However, my account was forced into an upfront annual charge of $59.88 on October 13, 2026—a full day before the trial period concluded.Fabricated "Excessive Usage" Claims: Before the premature charge was executed, my total platform activity consisted of only 4 video generations and 3 downloads. This was well within your advertised limits, meaning the trial was killed deliberately without consumer authorization.Deceptive Dark Patterns: Your system relies on clear visual bait-and-switch patterns, emphasizing a small "$3.99/month" rate in bold font, while hiding strict usage traps and a lump-sum yearly billing sequence in tiny gray print underneath the primary action button.Bypassed Account Security: The subscription did not appear in my active account list. More alarming is that the platform cross-contaminated separate profiles—auto-filling and charging billing details that were never manually entered for this specific email address.I have already canceled the account to prevent future billing cycles. I expect a human billing manager to review this contradictory UI layout, provide a manual override, and issue a full refund immediately. If this is refused, this entire log is being forwarded as primary evidence for my active payment network dispute and reported directly to merchant compliance.

Brilliant company to deal with. I had an issue and they sorted it out in super fast time. This isn’t the 1st time either. I made a mistake a few months ago, and they sorted it out in the same professional way. I can’t recommend this company enough. I love the designs and fonts too. So many to choose from and such a good price for membership.
