Easy ordering, poor fitting!
Easy ordering, safe delivery and on time.
Disappointing that the style has changed! Narrow fitting legs and much shorter legs. Needle and thread required to alter a little to make them wearable for me.
Hopefully you will offer the previous style of wider and longer legs again soon - then I will order again.

Very quick service
Very quick service. The trousers are very comfortable and fit well. The new cut of the gents trousers (tailored) is better than the original ones. The ladies ones would benefit from a more tailored fit although very comfortable the way they are.

Great product; shape changed
Having bought craghoppers for years, I was looking to replace my well loved trousers. My order arrived very promptly, well packaged and well made. However the cut has been changed and doesn’t fit me.

Order cancelled - didn’t inform.
Order cancelled due to no stock - but without informing me!
Placed online order, received confirmation emails, waiting over a week for delivery but nothing, logged into account online to which stated order cancelled. Zero emails to inform me.
Online chat told me the stock was sold out, that warehouse don’t inform customers, and that’s it.
If I hadn’t have got in touch, I would still be waiting unknown and a refund may not have been issued.
Wouldn’t deal with again.

Good quality garments, great offers in the Sale. Usually I find the fitting to be about right. Have been a customer for many years, buying from shops before Covid pushed me into using the internet.

Always a good service, have ordered many items from this site, one item I ordered had a faulty zip, it was easy to return the item, the money was refunded into my account the same day, and I reordered the item which was delivered within 3 days.

I have attempted to return items
I have attempted to return items - unable to do so. The returns process on the website is not enabling me to request the return. Customer services live chat not working. Customer services telephone number says it is unrecognised number. Sent an email and still awaiting a response. Terrible service!!
