Comms Provider were our existing supplier when we acquired our business and have proved to be a proactive supplier who is a pleasure to deal with.

We have recently moved over to CommsProvider, whilst we've had "teething problems" my experience so far has been really good. Excellent communication and knowledge.

Just like to say Carolyn is so prompt and supportive and goes that extra mile to resolve calls and has excellent communication skills in which she keeps me updated via email OR by contacting me on the phone. Carolyn Plans and co-ordinates any Technical faults with the Tech team and has always kept me updated as and when they need to remote onto the server.

Having dealt with Commsprovider for around 12 months, I cant compliment them more highly on there customer service and technical experience. Having had a major problem with our phone system, following a change of broadband provider, the support we received was excellent and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty.
They are the first people I go to for advice and have worked closely with me during various projects and we have always had a great outcome.

I have worked with Commsprovder since they first started. The commitment to our account, knowledge and advice has always been first class.

Response to any issue, although these are few and far between, is always prompt and followed through until a solution is found.

Archbold have been working with Commsprovider for many years. We started with asking for the mobile communications quote and they obtained for us a fantastic deal - no-one else came near.

Within 2 years we required a landline system in our Leeds office - Commsprovider again came up with a fantastic deal. The system went in with no hassle and no downtime. Several years later Commsprovider provided a new landline system for our Manchester office - again no hassle and no downtime. We are currently working on a new landline system for an additional site in Manchester and the help and advice we have received is exceptional.

I know when Commsprovider contact me they are not trying to sell me any additional services they are just checking to ensure everything is running OK. I do not know of another company that I would recommend so highly, and I do not normally write reviews but Commsprovider are such an exceptional supplier you should try them - it is amazing how much assistance they provide, and think "out of the box" for solutions.

I would recommend Commsprovider for both the mobile and landline services. The knowledge held between the support staff is endless and they are never too busy to answer questions (no matter how silly the question) - and the answers come back in easy to understand terms - not "computer speak"

If you are looking for a totally reliable, 100% efficient and very helpful and knowledgeable company; look no further.

Steve Garbus and the team provide exceptionally good customer service. We have been customers for many years and have found Commsprovider (and Steve) to be extremely responsive to any and all requests or issues and proactive. In the nearly 4 years we have been with Commsprovider, we have found them, and Steve Garbus in particular, to be extremely responsive to any and all requests or issues we have had with our mobile estate. Steve has also discussed and advised on potential add-ons and enhancements, but without being pushy and aggressive for us to spend more money on the newest gadgets. We've also been through one renewal with them and found them to be honest, straightforward, and delivered what they promised in a timely fashion. And all at decent prices. We are very content.

Excellent customer service, nothing is ever too much trouble. No hidden costs when renewing contracts and it always happens very smoothly when changing over phones. We have previously dealt with some horrendous 3rd parties and have had no end of issues with the contracts they sold us. Steve at Commsprovider came and sorted out the mess that we had been left in and continues to provide a top class service.

At Universal we have worked with Comms Provider and Steve Garbus for over 5 years. During this time they have provided excellent support to our company as a whole, over the phone, by email and by onsite visits. Steve is always happy for his number to be passed to employees so he can offer personal assistance if required. We have found the Company very flexible and adaptable.
