Fantastic

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with Connect-it-all. Arron and Dan, who support our account, are consistently helpful, efficient, and incredibly responsive—nothing is ever too much trouble.
They are proactive in resolving issues, helping to streamline our systems, and identifying improvements that genuinely benefit our operations. Their speed of response is fantastic and they regularly go out of their way to visit us in person, which makes a real difference.
As a multi-faceted hospitality business, it’s important for us to have suppliers we can trust, and Arron and Dan give us complete confidence. They also keep us informed about new technologies that could support and enhance our business, which we really value.

Five Star Customer Service

Our company has used Connect It All for many years. Recently, one of our team was changing to a new handset and experienced an issue with their SIM card. I contacted Steve, who at the time was on holiday in India. Steve took my call, suggested ways to resolve the issue we were having and then suggested I speak to Stevie in the office. He then rang me back a couple of times to see how we were getting on. Stevie in the office provided us with a solution and within a few hours we were up and running.
The customer service was exemplary. To take a call whilst on holiday is one thing, but then to ring back, not once but twice to make sure we were being looked after was nothing short of exceptional.

Brilliant Service, second to none

I’m thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Connect-it-all. Every time I’ve interacted with them, they’ve been friendly, professional, and, most importantly, helpful. Issues have been resolved promptly, and I appreciate their transparency in addressing any queries I had.

They provide a detailed analysis of our mobile bills every month allowing our finance teams to quickly review, saving them hours of time.

Connect It All looked after our transition on our new contract, this was quite tricky as we had to be issued new sims. The work leading up to this was seamless as was the transition over.
