Good service from the company, but the delivery company our end messed up and instead of the printer arriving with us, it was returned to the company. Once the situation was established, which involved several calls to the member of staff concerned, the problem was sorted out and the printer arrived first thing the following day. At all times the company staff were helpful and cheerful. They seemed to be trying hard to please.

after looking online for a specific canon printer (which i was unable to find anywhere) i rang the company to see if they had any in stock - they didn't but were able to offer me another printer at a competitive price. Ordered around 5 pm Tuesday and printer was with me mid morning on Thursday. Spoke to more than one person on phone - all very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The website was easy to navigate and I was pleased to see that an obsolete printer I was looking for was shown as available. It was the only site I had found which showed this printer was available. I particularly wanted this printer as it was a reserve for my present printer and I didn't want to be left with a large number of unused cartridges if my present printer eventually failed. I placed my order with this company and received a very quick response acknowledging my order. After about three weeks I had received no further communication from the company so I telephoned them and was informed that the printer I had ordered was obsolete and could not be obtained. No other printer they could supply was capable of using the same cartridges. The printer I had ordered is still shown as available on the company website. No payment in respect of my order had been taken and I was able to cancel my order without difficulty.

Overall I felt that this company was advertising products that they were not in a position to supply and I am not inclined to deal with them again.

This site is well laid out and informative, easy to place an order, so far so good!

Had a good trawl round looking for A3 laser printers. I found this site to have the best range, best price and was the most informative.

Fast and efficient on-line service provided. I was looking for an older version of a Brother Printer and this company offered exactly what i was looking for.

So many sites advertise products which are no longer in stock or products at one price but when you go to store they have sold out of the product at that price and only have it at a much higher one - not with Colour Laser-printers, If they advertise a product at a certain price then they will have it in stock at the price promised

You will see a good offer, which once the order is placed is out of stock, then offered an alternative at massive discount which is a renamed product available for a quarter of the price elseware. Avoid unless you have a few days to waste.

I'm not very pc literate, but this site is very easy to follow .
I don't have much money with not working, and the 'low end price bracket' replacement printer I wanted was very hard to find, and this was the only site that had one - which I realise is because the printer is now officially discontinued - but I wanted the Epson SX215 mainly because I like it, but I had also bought loads of inks just before mine broke down - I had been on the computer for hours looking for one, & now i've found it, i'm just hoping this new one doesn't have some in built -in self destruct date!

But PS - just reading an old review and i may get a telephone call telling me it is discontinued - lets hope not!

My trusted canon ip4700 (i know its an older printer) has finally broken and finding the same one has been a bit daunting, I hope it lasts as long has my old one. Why would I want an all in one when I have a perfectly good scanner.
