Placed an order 06.10.23, received an order number but no confirmation. Emailed and called numerous times, no response to any of my emails and no one answers the phone? Goods never received

Recently bought an Oki printer for our business and was impressed with both the service and the advice I received. Saw some negative reviews on here but had no problems at all and would recommend to others.

Just bought the HP P57750DW printer. Came to these guys because they have a straight forward website with good information. This is a slightly specialist HP device in terms that that it can only be sold to businesses, but if you are business and you’re looking for a really great A4 colour multifunction printer, then this is the best option we could find. It comes with a fixed cost page which includes all the supplies and all the service, HP bill me monthly from a meter built into the printer - I don’t even have to order my own toners any more - it orders it’s own supplies as it gets low! Delivery had a slight lead time from when we ordered it, but I put this down to Covid delays. Been using it for 2 months now and very impressed.

Website stock is wrong, order never acknowledged and now having read some of the previous reviews, I'm worried about my card details being stolen.

Also worth noting that their website shows the Trustpilot logo with 5 stars and the word "Excellent" - compare that to their actual score on this site...

Similar experience with this company to previous reviews. Was uncertain because of the other 1 star reviews, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Soon after my order was made, I was then told the printer was not in stock. Given the previous reviews I will now keep an eye on my account for fraudulent activity.

Card that is seldom used online was used fraudulently within 12 hours of entering it into website
Separately (and this might be completely coincidental) was also informed no stock available

Excellent price which I used my card for but the printer was then not available (but is still being advertised). Within 24 hours my card was used fraudulently and the card had not been used for anything else in the previous few months. I am not saying there is a connection between the two events.

I ordered a printer with cash back offer. I couldn't find any details of the cash back offer but thought something would come up one check out. It didn't so just after the order went through I sent in an email to ask how I got the cash back. They replied that the order had been cancelled because the printer was not in stock. However, the printer was marked as in stock on the web site. I emailed back to point this out but they didn't reply. It is still marked as in stock and I can still add one to my cart a few hours later.

One star because either the web site is faulty or the cash back is not real or the printer doesn't exist at that price and they're trying to lure people in with a false deal. Let's hope it's a faulty web site.

Good selection of equipment, details easy to follow and understand.

To improve I would like to see estimated running costs as the toners can be expensive and sometimes difficult to find at economical cost, I prefer laser printers as they are more robust than inkjet

Great price for printer and toner

I do not write reviews often, but have decided to do so on this occasion.

I have been quite sceptical after reading quite a few bad reviews and being far from a punter I rather stay clear from all cash back offers, but after speaking with Adam, who in the matter of fact have advised me to go for a totally different printer that I wanted and, I must admit he seemed to know his stuff very well, I have placed the order.

To my surprise the printer arrived at a very short notice, literally next day delivery even though I have placed the order quite late (late being close to 5pm).

The printer itself (OKI C911DN) has smashed me to bits with output speed and print quality. It is nothing like I have seen before and truth to be told it is much better than I have expected. Goes without saying that it is a rather bulky piece of kit that makes substantially more noise than my old ink jet printer, but I have been expecting that. I can truly recommend this printer to anyone who wants piece of mind and high quality colour laser printing in A4 and A3 formats.
After downloading newest software from OKI's website it worked with my Mac (Sierra OS) without any problems.
Toners it has arrived with are very likely to last me a life time (10k pages in black and in each colour).
To wrap it all up, I am very pleased with my purchase and the service I have received. I have also been given an extended warranty and my cash back arrived a month later straight in to my bank account. Happy as Larry.

The website could offer a little more detail, had to scour several websites to get all the information, I guess I could have made a call instead.
I would like to see a cost per page comparison but I guess printer manufacturers will resist.
The printer was cheaper by £5 as were the consumables, maybe saved £25 against Printerland.
Waiting for my printer so let see what the service is like!

I ordered an Epson Workforce having found this company offered an excellent price: it was with me in less than 24 hours! Excellent service: friendly & helpful. I can't think of anything to complain about!

I had done a fair bit of research on the sort of printer that I wanted, but Adam steered me to a new type that I had not heard of. Excellent service, prompt delivery and a great machine. When I had a problem with the installation on my Mac, he steered me in the right direction. Problem resolved very quickly.

I was referred to Adam by a business associate, who raved about his product knowledge, and customer service during and after sale. In this day and age, customer service seems to go out of the window as soon as the deal is done. I was not disappointed. I was also very pleased with the price!! Our small-business needed to replace two worn-out HP Colour LaserJets. We emailed Adam our overall requirements and he suggested that Oki printers would be cheaper in the long-run and that's what we ended up purchasing. In fact, we ended up buying a pair of networked colour duplex laser printers with extra paper trays fitted to both; one of them can also scan, copy and fax (MFD). Their power-saving features will also save quite a bit over their lifetime!

Delivery was next day and installation was straight-forward. Both the ES5431DN and ES5462DNW are well built and produce great business-quality output. We also love the MFD functionality, which has replaced our aging fax machine and desktop scanner (also saving us money and desk space).

Very happy with the pre-sales advice and the end result. Give them a try yourself.
