FINAL UPDATE (JULY 22nd):
ColisExpat officially confirmed they will NOT refund the remaining €17.08 for the shipping fees, claiming that delivering a completely destroyed item still counts as a "completed service". In short: even if you pay for Premium Insurance and they destroy your collectible, you will still lose your shipping costs. Case closed with a partial €60.00 refund for the item value only. Terrible experience and misleading insurance coverage. Avoid.
UPDATE JULY 22nd:
Partial payment received today (July 22nd), but the amount is WRONG. They transferred €60.00 instead of the agreed €77.08. Still waiting for the remaining €17.08. Unprofessional to the very end.
UPDATE JULY 16th:
Still absolutely nothing. It is now July 16th, and despite their public promises and my updated complaints, no transfer has arrived on my bank account. They completely stopped providing updates and are holding my €77.08 refund hostage. Worst customer experience ever.
UPDATE JULY 13th:
Despite the company replying publicly here claiming that the compensation was approved and would follow their monthly payment schedule, I have still not received the €77.08 transfer after nearly a month. When contacted via email, customer service simply blamed generic "delays in the accounting department". Terrible refund management and endless waiting times. Avoid.
While my most recent order (1915477) arrived safely, my overall experience with ColisExpat is highly negative due to an unresolved issue with a previous shipment. My parcel 1905009 arrived completely smashed, destroying a collectible item inside.
I specifically paid extra for the insurance ("Extension d'indemnisation") to be fully protected. However, customer service keeps delaying the process with generic replies about "6-week deadlines". A premium insurance service should guarantee fast and serious assistance, not endless waiting. I am still waiting for my full refund of €77.08. I will update this 1-star review only when ColisExpat honors the insurance protection I purchased and issues my refund.

Efficient service, well packed. Website is a bit dated and clunky but the stuff that really matters (quick logging, processing etc) all worked well. Good selection of countries/addresses.

Great service with Quick notifications of parcel arrival and ability to arrange posting. You should Work on consolidation and making it clear what we are paying for. If am paying to repackaged, there is no reason to charge me based on the original size or weight of the package it was delivered. Seems to defeat the purpose of repackaging.

Everything is working quite well and reliably; however, the delivery from Italy to the main warehouse in France takes an average of 9.5 days, which is clearly too long. The service provided via a bot is terrible and takes far too long.
