It was truly easy to use, and I love the option of price ranges offered for delivery. I just have single recommendation, if it would be possible when a package is delivered to the colis expat location (for example US location), it would be appreciated if I can receive an email about it, instead of logging in and keep on checking whether the package has been received at the location or not.

Excellent service from ColisExpat !
Excellent service from ColisExpat. I used them to forward parcels from Italy to Greece, and everything worked perfectly. The parcels were received quickly at their warehouse, transferred to France as explained, and then forwarded to Greece without any problem.
The communication was clear at every stage, with email updates when each parcel arrived and when it was ready for forwarding. The process was easy to follow, and both parcels arrived safely and in perfect condition, including fragile glass items.
I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely use ColisExpat again for international shopping and parcel forwarding. Highly recommended!

In February I wrote a one star review due to poor experiences with the sudden removal of Bpost without prior communication and unfair treatment by customer support.
In April a replacement option was added and I decided to give it a last try. There was a small hiccup related to customs declarations but the customer support quickly resolved the issue. The overall experience was good especially in relation to the costs. I had another couple of packages forwarded using same shipping options the weeks and months after that and I am happy to say they were all delivered fine.
I am happy that this rebound happened and will definitely continue using their service now.

We’re sorry, however, that your experience with the USA Delaware platform has not met the same expectations. We understand your frustration regarding parcels that appear as delivered by the seller or carrier but do not appear in your ColisExpat account.
When this happens, our team checks with the local warehouse. In some cases, if the warehouse has no record of receiving the parcel, we may need to advise the customer to contest the delivery with the carrier or seller, as we cannot register a parcel that has not been physically identified by our partner.
We also take note of your feedback regarding processing times and the difference in experience between the UK and US platforms.

Good service and fast delivery. My package arrived quickly and the overall process was smooth.
I also appreciate that the carton box used this time was much sturdier than in my previous shipment, where the box was not very durable and arrived damaged.
Customer service has also improved- much better, with Bryan (Customer Service) providing direct response and actually investigating the issue rather than giving general replies such as “we will sort it out”, which I previously experienced with Helena.
However, I was disappointed that my items only occupied about one-third of the carton box used, yet I was charged based on the full volumetric size of the box. Since the oversized packaging was not my choice, the additional shipping cost felt unfair.
I would happily give 5 stars if more care were taken to use appropriately sized packaging and volumetric charges were calculated more reasonably.
