I recently dealt with Coles Miller's Poole office in relation to the preparation of my Will. Although I found face-to-face contact was good and professional, email communication was somewhat slow and unreliable. Some attention to detail was also lacking - I asked (via email) for an error in the draft will to be corrected on two occasions and when I visited the office to sign the Will, found that the error had still not been corrected. I had previously used Coles Miller for conveyancing and to draft an earlier Will, when the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the service was rather disappointing this time.
