Great service, easy to order, good communication and quick delivery.

Great Service and price, arrived next day

I purchased a Fellow kettle in March 2025, drawn in by its premium design and the reassurance of a 24-month warranty. After just over a year of normal use by two adults, the wooden lid knob split around the steam vent and became progressively loose — making the kettle unsafe to use.

The fault itself is a little disappointing for such a product, but what has been genuinely unacceptable, is the after-sales experience.

I reported the issue in May with photographs and proof of purchase. I was told a replacement lid would be dispatched from the EU warehouse. Weeks later, I am still waiting. Every time I follow up, I receive the same non-committal response — they will “look into it” — with no timeline, no resolution, and no accountability.

The situation has become so drawn out that I have had to buy a cheap supermarket kettle just to have a working one in my home while a warranty claim sits unresolved.

Any product can develop a fault. What defines a company is how it responds when that happens.

We have now approached Fellow directly and had we been advised to do this at the beginning, we would have been happy to do so, instead we have had weeks of chasing emails with still no results. Based on my experience, this company has handled this extremely poorly and I would not purchase anything from them in the future.

If you are considering a purchase from this company, I would strongly urge you to factor in the level of support you may, or in my case may not receive if something goes wrong — because it may matter more than the product itself..

They have started adding an 'administration fee' to online orders below £18. Maybe they'd rather sell coffee machines than actual coffee..

Good price and plenty of email communication, order arrived on date promised. But maxhince came fitted with European two pin plug and although an attachment was provided I would prefer it to be factory fitted with British plug. Also instruction booklet had about 20 languages but English was not one of them which was also a bit of a surprise.

I have ordered from here before without any problems however, this time the delivery process wasn’t great. I never received my parcel which was a bdy gift and according to the tracking it had been attempted. After speaking to customer service they were able to confirm that it wasn’t attempted but no door number was added to the address when being dispatched. Unfortunately, due to the opening times of my local post office collection wasn’t an option. Therefore, I never did receive my parcel and waiting on a refund. Customer service was helpful as best they could but at the end of the day I never received my husbands birthday present. Would I order again? Not sure

Good price and quick delivery and easy to contact by phone with a query which was quickly answered. Very happy with the item ordered.
Have received a lot of post order emails though with special offers etc so may need to unsubscribe!

Great company to use, easy website and so much choice for coffee lovers.

The site was well laid out, the different offers and options clear. The ordering process was simple and price was very competitive. Coffee machine arrived well packaged and communication before and during delivery was good.

Whats not so great is than NONE of the barcodes/serial numbers on the packaging or machine are recognised by the manufacturer and so I can't register it!
