Bought a coffee machine from them and it arrived on time, good price good product. Very happy.
I’ve since taken advantage of some of their coffees and again have been absolutely delighted
However, I’ve had to unsubscribe from the mailing list because I get at least one email a day and on some days multiple emails. It’s just a complete spam fest.
Stop trying so hard, you do a decent job but fitting up my inbox is not going to get you more Business

I purchased a replacement De'Longhi…
I purchased a replacement De'Longhi Milk frothing jug. It stopped frothing after about 75 days. I requested support for a fix or replacement. I was told that is considered a 'Consumable' and so no repair or replacement...
With shipping this was £45. No way that should stop working after such a short period of time.
Very bad customer service Coffee Friend. You have lost a repeat customer.

Placed an order on the 5th of June payment was taken within 20 mins of placing that order no confirmation email when I contacted them they told me they didn’t receive payment to contact them Monday when I did I was told payment was delayed but it came straight out of my account and that the order I made was out of stock if this was the case how could I make an order on a out of stock machine makes no sense to me this isn’t right as I have received a tracking information but there are no updates on this tracking done by dpd
asked for a refund and still waiting for a reply money taken no machine and no update email response is extremely slow I now have no machine and no contact from anyone about a refund not impressed

Bosch coffee dripper

Ordered a Bosch coffee filter machine…
Ordered a Bosch coffee filter machine on a Sunday and whilst a delivery date of several days was anticipated the machine arrived on Tuesday. I was impressed! It was the best price for the model I could find and the machine is working well. The machine cup sizes are small but that is a function of the machine.
