The robotic cleaner is so loud, calling out its movements and cautions, I found it so off putting and very distracting whilst trying to shop. I feel I would use a different supermarket rather than ha... See more

A co-operative (co-op) is a different kind of business. Our Co-op is owned by individual members and other co-ops, not big investors, and our members get a chance to have a say in how we’re run. Profits mean members receive money, rewards and offers and a co-op can support its local community.

Co-op Low Fell should not offer online…
Co-op Low Fell should not offer online delivery.
They are incapable of providing.
Staff don't care.😡
Customer service has been outsourced to SOUTH AFRICA.
Good luck with that if you have a problem.☹️
After using for 6 years will be using MORRISONS after this.
"I’ve visited the Co-op store for the pastries but they never had any"
"I’ve visited the Co-op store for the past five days straight to pick up my usual morning pastry and fruit, and every single time the bakery shelves have been completely bare—not even a single crumb left. What is most frustrating is the total lack of communication. There is no sign or explanation anywhere to tell customers why the bakery isn’t running. If there is a broken oven, a supply issue, or a staffing shortage, the store needs to put up a simple sign out of courtesy so customers don't waste their time daily."
So many empty shelves at the Tywyn…
So many empty shelves at the Tywyn store again. Maybe they had an excuse during the Covid-19 pandemic but not now. Very little frozen fish today, 16th July, in fact very little frozen anything. Poor stocks of Sharwoods cooking sauces. And why aren`t they looking after the roof soffits at the back of the store?
Lodge rd kingswood bristol
Lodge rd kingswood bristol, rude staff too much trouble to serve you,
Say that they have just this minute picked your clic and collect, even when you know its not true, icecream items in bag and they are serving someone in front of you for at least 10mins and icecream left in bag at side of them ! First and last time this happens, I'll go elsewhere !!!
Strawberries and double cream
I got strawberries and double cream as my two 'Your Offers' today 13th July from Shevington Co-op. The strawberries were very red and looked delicious. When I ate them this evening the strawberries were sour so I had to put sugar on them. I was very disappointed as they were my first of the season. Last time I'll buy strawberries from the Co-op!!
Avoid online ordering
Order deliver online via co op website tracked it all the way to my door, no delivery driver, driver name was Lare. The order then went to completed, no shopping received, no call off the driver either. Contacted customer service spent 53mins trying to have them redeliver my items as i didnt have anymore money left when they were telling me they will have to do a refund. They refused to redeliver it as they have to claim cost back from the drivers company as from pictures they can see it was delivered to the wrong address. I explained that im disabled and having to use delivery services due to the heat and not able to move as it causes me health issues. The lady Chingwe Siposihle Jessica, said she would ring me back in 45mins rather than me sit on hold any longer. She rang back and assured me my refund will be in my account either later that day or tomorrow. I accepted this as it was better than waiting 7-10days and I received no money back into my account yesterday or today so i rang back. There was no refund issued yesterday nothing had been done on the order! So i wasted over an hour yesterday to be in the same position today. They have ossued my refund today ( received an email) going to take 3 to 5 days explained this isnt acceptable and asked for supervisor. Person on the phone spoke with manager abd have put a 'gesture of goodwill' of £10 on my co op card. At this point i feel i have no choice but to accept as i need to be able to feed myself and my pets over the weekend whilst also having to rely on a neighbour to go to coop for me. All in all extremely upsetting and stressful. Avoid using any online delivery with co op as you may be left up the creek without a paddle.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I visited the stowupland coop on Saturday 4th july staff was amazing very reasonably priced the man at the checkout even packed my bag and asked if I found everything okay! I always visit the coop for items
My experience was the kind and patience…
My experience was the kind and patience of one of your customers support team if it hadn’t of been Claire her name is surname I want to say Hopkins she has a sister called Carrie I would of walked out and left my shop as I would go got worked up and wouldn’t of been struggling with my words but Claire just was so amazing and even when my Apple Pay times out she was it wasn’t a problem do it again I needed to write this because I wanted her to know how a felt after shopping there. This was Askern co Selby road
Long, loose hair dangling over food!!
The male store assistant is handling food at the till....his exceptionally long hair is not tied back but dangles all over food purchases.Every few seconds he uses his hands to push his hair away from his face. Disgusting! And surely a Health and Safety issue!! Why is this allowed??
Badly run
Overpriced, lots of processed food, some staff/managers are very rude, accused of shoplifting as a paying customer, lots of unwanted in-store political messaging, charity people in shops pressuring you to sign up to direct debit.
The Co-op has lost me as a customer forever, other stores offer a much better shopping experience.
Hardly any stock on the shelfs noone…
Hardly any stock on the shelfs noone is ever at the checkouts staff just stood around whilst customers wait to be served. Staff are also very very slow when they do serve you like you've not been stood waiting for ages. Very poor service and terrible shop
Unsuitable substitutes
I ordered their £5 pizza meal deal, not available so they substituted with full price products. I ordered 12 small bottles of water for lunch boxes. Got 6 x 1/5 l bottles at twice the price. When I complained I was told to read their terms and conditions. I will not be using their online service again !
My online order total was £19.54
My online order total was £19.54; one of the items was out of stock, so, bizarrely the new total remains £19.54 & Why am I being charged 70p for a green carrier.
I wonder how many people properly check to see if they have been over charged.
Rude sales assistant
Rude sales assistant
No hello , no please or thank you and even when I emphasised a thank you she still did not respond
Quite impatient for me to put my shopping down
This is very disappointing
I’ve always found the Ashley cross coop staff to be very polite and helpful
The overall rating speaks volumes
Once upon a time, I was told that if a pack has a price on it, that they couldn't charge more than that price. Turns out, a delivery from Co-op with two for £6.50 on the pack, can be sold for two for £7.50, via Uber Eats.
If this is legal, it is underhanded at best. This was for some Minted Lamb Kebabs. They also only had one day life. The same deal applies to the Cajun style Chicken Mini Fillets, both the BIG ON BBQ range. I tried calling the store on receipt, but I couldn't get through.
Coop
Coop. Milton road Cambridge. Absolutely awful experience. Decided to pop down the coop for some food but was greeted by some of the staff all hunched together at the main door entrance giggling amongst themselves. It seemed to me like they just didn't care with one of the male staff members who had a beard starting pointing to the fact I had a broken arm in a cast. It's a real shame but I can see now why the coop is so bad for customer service. It's their staff. Literally.
Missing items when had a home delivery…
Missing items when had a home delivery but took the money. Raised an enquiry. Nearly a week later and still no response. Rang twice and got the same response both times 'my colleague is dealing with it you will get an email later today'. Asked for complaints number and got told by them they can't help. I have also offered video evidence but not been asked for it.
So why advertise a deal
So why advertise a deal, when you cant have the deal. So 2 pizzas and beer for a £5 but no beer so couldn't have the deal . So it should be removed I had to pay £3.95 for 1 pizza . Its not the cost its the principle of the matter. Dont sell something u can fulfill
