Clive, this is a very bizarre post and claim to make, considering

1. You have spoken to a member of our team..
2. The refund has been issued.
3. We do not work weekends - therefore cannot answer your weekend calls.

We are sorry we could not fulfill your order, but having reviewed some of your other trustpilot reviews we can see its nothing new for you to use shock statements in your words.

But fraud is impossible when we have refunded your money!

Therefore we now consider the case closed and wish you well.

Deliberately sent the wrong item and didn't accept return

Deliberately sent the wrong item , without contacting me first - this was even stated on the packing slip. When I emailed to query it, I was ignored and had to chase for a response.
When he finally replied, he told me he does this to “all customers” and that “nobody complains”. He insisted I return the item at my own cost, claiming he'll reimburse up to £3. Under UK consumer law, return costs are the seller’s responsibility when the wrong item is supplied.
I refused to pay upfront and asked for a prepaid return label. He then claimed he would send a return envelope, which never arrived. After further silence, I was forced to go through my bank, who refunded me in full.
This is not how legitimate businesses operate. This is misleading and trying to scam people, Avoid.

*edit: Oh, so this is Cloudstix tactic to remove my review if I don’t provide “more information,” allowing you to post fake reviews instead, like from someone saying “this company is fantastic”? Paul, there is nothing more I can add - you already know the situation. You sent the wrong item deliberately without contacting me first, then refused to accept the return, and I had to go through a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. I am now considering contacting Trading Standards, as it seems you play dirty from start to finish rather than correcting your scamming practices.

You have not provided a name or an order number, we requested additional information so we can respond having all the details , you have refused to give us this information.

Having reviewed your other reviews of other companies (all 1 star) it does seem a little suspect, hence why we requested more information so we can verify / check your communication with our team.

Paul has nothing to do with our Trustpilot - he has no access to it, the team that do have no idea if this is genuine or a bot designed to bad mouth companies.

Therefore please offer the information required so we can look into your complaint accordingly.

2 weeks to deliver and then damaged !

Firstly, I have to say that I really like this company, they usually deliver in a reasonable timescale, but unfortunately on this occasion my delivery took over 2 weeks, I think the E-liquid I ordered was out of stock, however when it was available it was delivered first class, that was great, unfortunately one of the bottles had been damaged in transit, resulting in the loss of a fair amount of liquid, and the mess in the packaging took ages to clean everything up, I have reported this issue to Cloudstix, but not had a response as yet, while I appreciate that the transport and delivery is outside of the control of the supplier, I feel firstly they should have informed me of the unusual delay in delivery, and maybe review their packaging and delivery methods. Just saying, otherwise, seems like a really good company.
Hope this helps.

I have been ordering online for ages…

I have been ordering online for ages and recently I had an issue. I sent an email to ask what the delay was, a very friendly chap phoned me and apologised profusely. The order arrived the following day. Excellent customer service. Well done Cloudstix.
