Where do I start at the beginning? Five star Service with five star technical support thank you Ryan five star prices they will not be beaten on any victim product and your point from backbone Victron energy in the UK they are the largest distributors and the best distributors so helpful free Delivery which is unheard of now and their backup service is five star as well so thank you very much. What more can I say if you’re gonna buy Victron buy from these guys because they are simply the best.

Very poor service .
I was waiting 2 days for the battery and when I rang BMS I was told unfortunately the courier had not even collected it from there depot - unbelievable that no one follows up orders to confirm dispatch 🤷‍♂️

My friend recommended your company to get a battery from. I was impressed as the site gave me 10 different options for my car, where as other sites were giving me only two options. Delivery was next day and the price was just right.

5 years guarantee on the battery happy days

Purchsed a Hankook 100A 850CCA battery 18 months ago and despite being on a Ring RSC612 12A Smart Charger when not it use, it just completely died, went from 850CCA to 460CCA to 100CCa to 0CCA in 6 days.
Kieran at BMS was very good, took me through the warranty process with no fuss and one week later I took delivery of a replacement battery.
First class hassle free service.

Great experience, easy to find the battery I needed, ordered and delivered next day... For a great price... What's not to like... Wish all my online purchases went this smoothly.

Complete scammers, didn't send an item till after I made a non delivery complaint and told them not to send it. Did a return through Ebay with full tracking and they said I didn't return it. Had to get Ebay to step in and they reviewed the return and surprisingly fully refunded me as it was delivered. You may save a couple of quid using these scammers but in the long run it will cost you a lot of time and aggravation, your best off using an alternative company. COMPLETE SCAMMERS.

I had a starter battery fail within its advertised guarantee period. Rachel from the BMS sales/after sales team expertly guided me through the process to submit my warranty claim. My claim was promptly handled, reviewed and successfully honoured within a few days.
I would not hesitate to recommend BMS to anyone. Thank you.

I recently ordered a replacement vehicle battery via a well known auction site from 'BMS', which was duly delivered, well packaged, less than 48hrs later.
I did however require a VAT receipt, so duly contacted BMS via their main contact number. I spoke to a very helpful young lady (unfortunately I didn't get her name) who said she'd get my request actioned.
Less than an hour later, I received a polite email from Kieran in the Sales and Customer Services team, with the required VAT receipt (and battery guarantee) duly included.
In summary, an absolutely faultless experience from the BMS team. I would highly recommend and purchase from them again without hesitation!

Wow, what an I say. Their offer of a quality brand stop start battery was 40% cheaper than their on-line competitors. The order once received was despatched next day and arrived the following day by overnight couriers. I’m over the moon!
Arranged for my local garage to install the new battery and was a perfect replacement, within 200 meters the stop start symbol showed full charge which hasn’t happened for over 6 months. Great branded battery at a very competitive price.

I bought a Varta F21 Silver Dynamic AGM Car Battery Type 115 from BMS which unfortunately failed after 3 years. I am pleased to say getting a replacement under warranty was effortless. A huge thank you to David for handling my claim quickly and professionally.
