Francesca provided responsive expat auto insurance services
Francesca was very responsive to my request for my first auto insurance policy in Italy after my existing insurer (for a medical policy) failed to respond timely. She was very informed about the nuances of serving an expat such as myself. Therefore, I was able to get a lower risk rating by demonstrating my prior 5 years of safe driving history in the USA when I had zero documented experience in Italy.

It was easy enough
It was easy enough, but, the web experience on mobile is very dated at best. Most elements do not appear on the page. Even with "Desktop Mode" it was still very difficult to navigate. Also, was a little concerned that policy docs, while listed as available, are not actually downloadable immediately (as compared to say geico/progressive).
