Federica was patient and explained…

Federica was patient and explained everything to me on Italian car insurance and how it worked. I initially contacted this website before I moved to Italy so had some insight into the insurance. The best thing was that Federica found a company that accepted my 60% no claim bonus from Australia. Obviously it was very helpful in the scheme of things. Also I was given the option to pay 1/2 yearly which always helps with cash flow. Thank you very much.

Automatic messages and did not receive…

Automatic messages and did not receive responses to my emails until much later. Platform to include my new card details did not accept my email. System does not work. Automatic messages are unhelpful specially when yoy repeat a mesaage and an instfuction which becomes unavailble in the system. Unhelpful and annoying.

After Federicca took it on her to follow up and it was good. Pls keep the personalised attention. Specually if your automatic system is so deficient.

I was about to change companies frankly after all the mess and lack of a human and logical response and solution

My husband and I worked with Barbera Federica throughout this process,

What stood out most was the communication and responsiveness throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered clearly and thoroughly, and whenever I requested a phone call, I received one promptly. The team was consistently professional, knowledgeable, and proactive in keeping me updated.

I especially appreciated how much effort was put into resolving our situation. They truly went above and beyond, treating our issue with genuine urgency and care rather than as just another routine request. Their persistence, follow-through, and willingness to explore every possible solution made a very stressful insurance matter much easier to navigate.
