No problem completing the payment

Using Clearpay is a great way to get the products you need at a manageable and affordable way.
With reasonable amounts to repay.

Really good and love the pay in 4 it helped me get all my boys school uniforms and winter coats where they’d all grown over the summer! Without breaking the bank

I never use these kind of payments but i decided to give Clearpay a try in buying an outboard motor.
I went through the bits and pieces and entered the amount of the purchase and a single use card was produced for me.
It was declined due to a lack of funds!!!! This is where the rot set in. I called Clearpay and was on the phone 30 minutes to end up with being told to TRY AGAIN. What? With a single use card?
I tried a few times. Had to call clearpay again. No one there seems to know what they are doing as i spent another half hour on the phone listening to muttering.
In the end, after almost 2 HOURS i gave up, used my credit card and closed my so called Clearpay account immediately.
There is nothing clear about it because the left hand clearly has no idea what the right hand is doing.
If you are considering a fairly large purchase use your credit card. Much quicker and much safer.
To my mind NOTHING was done correctly and no help was available because they have no idea how to help you if things dont go to plan.

Easy to use. It’s a great way to buy goods without the initial outlay. It also boosts your credit score as long as you keep up the payments. You get a reminder just before a payment is due. I have been with them a while now and love it

I’ve had a really positive experience with Clearpay. The app is easy to use, payments are clearly explained, and being able to spread the cost into manageable instalments can be really helpful. I also find the payment reminders useful, so it’s easy to keep track of when payments are due. Overall, Clearpay has made shopping and managing payments much more convenient for me. I would definitely recommend it to others.

DO NOT USE, purchased item from Picadex, 2 months later never received item, contacted Clearpay and explained what happened and I never received item, they continued to take 3 x £124 a month from me and still taking money each month, called them numerous times and emailed 5 times told them what happened they still take money from me and just talks in riddles on phone been goin on 2 & half months they just fob me off on phone, and even today not been resolved or contacted me, just gets a silly reference number, I got the bank dealing with it now, had enough of them wasting my time,

Then they comment on here saying they want to help yeah whatever you had nearly 3 months to sort this out absolute joke of a company

Got a one time card for £39 to use on amazon uk on 21/8/26 ended up spending £29.25 that is what amazon charged to the card that is what the conformation email states that is what my amazon account states. Clearpay have charge me £39 when they must know what was charged to the card, I have contacted them countless times made complaints sent them screenshots of the conformation email which they asked for and yet they have done absolutely nothing to stop overcharging me.

They claim on there website that if you don’t use the full amount of a one time card it will be automatically adjusted so nearly 3wks later and contacting them countless times they are still overcharging me, do not trust this company if i did not pay watch how quick they charge me a non payment fee.

I think you find i have already contacted you through the app have complained using the online form and yet you have done absolutely nothing apart from sending your standard reply...try ticket number CCN-13502291.

I like how easy the app is set out easy to use the only feature I would like clearpay to have is the option to pay monthly installments instead of every two weeks because I feel monthly payments would be more convenient for most people I have my income every month so when I make a purchase using clearpay I have to make two payments right away instead of one payment which can be inconvenient with getting paid my income monthly and every 4 weeks but other than that I manage my payments because I only make small purchases but if clearpay did monthly payment options I would for sure make bigger purchase

It's a great way of paying it off and no interest added

Really trustworthy and safe. Helps me when I have to make big purchases and don't quite have the cash right away.
