I was with them for years and never missed a single payment even paying early on some occasions and there reward is to drop your credit to £100 which is utterly useless and pointless.
Won’t bother using ever again.

Unhelpful, generic responses & do not care.
I reached out today for help after being scammed out of over £200 and have received the most horrific customer service. They’re not even reading what I’m saying & looking at the evidence I’m sending and just sending generic responses about lost parcels (which this is not). I will never use Clearpay again. They will NOT help you when things go wrong. I’ll stick with Klarna, at least they help when you’re scammed.

CLEARPAY DISCRIMINATES AGAINST NORTHERN IRELAND CUSTOMERS.
I have just received another promotion email from Clearpay but I stopped using them 2 months ago because of a similar promotion that excludes Northern Ireland customers which is now the same as today's promotion so I'll just stick with Klarna - Promotion reads - 'Receive £15 off when you spend £60 or more via Clearpay. This promotion is only open to UK residents, excluding Northern Ireland' which is a part of the U.K.
