There aren't many decent PDF converters for Windows. Most don't bother to include the OCR searchable / selectable text when converting documents with text, MS Word, etc., etc. I've tried several. Only Cisdem does it correctly and easily.

Cisdem has been the most accurate and reliable of all the PDF converters that I've tried. I've been using Cisdem's PDF converter for about 2 years now and it's very good. Even complex formatting in Word with text boxes, word wrap, images -- the result is always exactly correct.

This company is charging for broken software. Their DVD burning software crashed over ten times. In the few times I was able to use it, I burned several ISO files. Two of them burned properly, and then the rest failed even when using multiple different programs to burn the ISO. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE SOFTWARE

I needed to move my copy of Cisdem PDF convert OCR from my old computer to my new computer and wasn't sure how to do this. I emailed Cisdem Support who enabled my existing license code to work on the new machine and emailed me the same day with information on how to do it. Really impressed with speedy and helpful service.

I was a complete idiot. I changed the password and forgot to write it down. The support team helped me through it twice. Before that, they helped me with another sticky problem as I could not add my license to my trial app.

I have requested help regarding my software activation several times over the years. I purchased a lifetime license, and they often update the software. When I have had difficulty activiating the new software, the agents have resoponded quickly and competently to solve the issue.

License update: I had purchased ContactsMate software from Cisdem years ago for a laptop I no longer use. When I wanted to manage a new list of contacts and remembered ContactsMate, I found my license was outdated. I contacted customer service, and within 24 hours, had an updated license! I find ContactsMate to be more intuitive and effective than the builtin Contacts app. Thanks!

I tried many ai’s to be able to convert a table (not standard format) to excel including the excel tool and Cisdem’s PDF converter far outperformed all of them. Many looked good until I double checked their accuracy. This one was fab. A huge time saver worth every penny.
