In addition to the products being wonderful and beautiful (as we can see on the site), they are of unparalleled sympathy. It's my second order. Orders with very fast shipping. Usually 1 business day and we have the order at home! I LOVE CINCO STORE

Packages came dented and two of the items were outside their boxes and tangled together. In less than 10 days I could already see the gold finish rubbing off at points where the jewelry made contact. I would def not recommend, as they are extremely overpriced and better quality can be found at your local department store.

I bought at Cinco for myself and for a friend's gift.

The customer experience was very simple and fast. The delivery came super fast even when I bought for myself, and I stay in Singapore! I was so pleasantly surprised. The necklace I bought is lovely and a trendy piece that I wear a lot - it was definitely a lot lighter than I thought but as these are not actual gold pieces it's understandable.

For gifting, the only minus is that there isn't an option to let them know you are sending a gift, which meant my friend received the bill together with the gift! Other than that, she was super happy with the gift, so I'm very happy anyway.
