Wanted to leave a good review because the earrings I received were beautiful, however they were broken and didn’t snap shut properly. Was never able to wear the earrings. Spoke with the company and they kept asking me to watch a video on how to properly close the earrings, but it is obvious the earring is broken. They did not do anything to replace the earring and offered a small discount. Will never order again, now I am left with a broken earring I can’t wear

I’ve been purchasing cinco jewellery for over two years now and I must say both the quality and design are so unique. I recommend these to all my friends in the UK as the delivery and customer service are top notch!

About 3 months ago I bought a ring for my girlfriend at this store. This week she noticed that the gold coating on the ring is going to fade. It was a quite an expensive ring and in my opinion I don’t think it should been damaged, after two months of wearing this ring). After reaching out to the costumer service of Cinco, they gave me the option to return it to offer a gold bath to make the ring pieces feel shiny and new. For the sending alone they charge me 30 euros, although the DHL website says it would be 24 euros to send the product back.

The option that they suggests means that I’ll pay almost half of the price of the ring to get it fixed. With no guarantee that it will not happen again within a few months.

My girlfriend is really careful with her jewellery and assures me that the ring hasn’t been in contact with the diverse factors that are stated in the care disclaimer they send as a reaction. Even though they’re telling me water contact should be avoided, the care disclaimers says: Frequently clean your CINCO pieces with a clean and soft tissue. You can also use a mild washing up liquid with warm water and a soft toothbrush, then rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth. This way you´re pieces will shine more and more.

It is a lot of contradictory advice and its a bit confusing what the ring can and can‘t handle. I haven’t got the feeling that my complain isn’t really taken seriously. Although the design is very nice, I would reconsider buying because of the quality and costumer service of Cinco.

The Cinco team is an amazing one! I placed an order 3-4 hours afo and already got an SMS from DHL that the order will be delivered soon. The products are great and the support team beyond expectations!

I bought 2 sets of hoop earrings, unfortunately they were too heavy and pulled my ears down and I returned them 2 months ago…with registered post and extra costs..they hold at the Portuguese immigration..???!!Cinco won’t refund my money or exchange the earrings!!i lost all my money plus expensive return postage!!Cinco don’t care! Just say if we receive them you get your refund.extremely bad customer service!! So don’t buy, if you are not sure!!! The gold is as well very yellow ( just to let you know). Unbelievable!! That they survive nowadays with this attitude!! Other companies at least offered an exchange!!

I’ve been buying jewels from Cinco for five or six years now and I have never regreted a single purchase. They produce the most high-quality stunning pieces that I believe one day I’ll leave for my grandchildren…and they will still be bold!!!! :) Cinco also has the best customer service and such a fast delivery it almost feels like they are my next door neighbours!!!!
