What an excellent facility!! The 2 ladies at the Exeter front desk were very warm, friendly and helped me with my many questions. The building itself was clean and well maintained too, which is always a bonus! Cannot recommend enough!

Helpful staff, clean units and access areas (even a loo, great for ye oldies), handily placed trolleys, trustworthy security, flexible, etc, etc.

Only used for a few months but great option to have for those moments moving between places.

John at Brentwood was fantastic and the onboarding process was extremely easy. Great facility.

I rented a number of units for around 18 months before moving to a permanent premises.

The staff at the Cinch Woking branch were excellent. They understood the needs of the business and were flexible and reactive to what I needed. This was echoed by the other clients I met during the period I was there. Happy to recommend this branch.

3 Months ago , I was hunting for a Storage facility on the internet , I first found Big yellow company , then I received an advert about Safe stores of which Cinch Storage is part of. I called them and they gave me a very good discount compared to the one I had. I cancelled by previous quote with the other company and chose Cinch. The location was great , the service was excellent and straightforward. I recommend Cinch storage to all.

Very helpful and friendly. No complaints

I needed some storage urgently when downsizing private rental. I came across Cinch in my local town and contacted them. I was in a particularly difficult financial position and Andrew (primarily) assisted by his colleague Dan have helped me navigate a truly awful time. Andrew helped me secure a manageable discount on the storage and has been quick to assist me with any concerns or queries i had. The customer service skills have been second to none and I'm truly grateful for all the help. The storage unit itself is clean and well managed and easy to access.

I’ve pretty much tried every storage unit facility in Brighton for my business but I can safely say Cinch is the best. The team Stuart and Jack are amazing super friendly, help you out with everything you need, the price is very competitive and the place is kept immaculately clean.

The Woking location was clean, well-organised, friendly and reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again.

We have used Sittingbourne depot again and the staff are so easy to deal with and are always at hand to help with anything I needed

Jason and Matthew were very helpful from the time I enquired about renting a storage unit all through to when I relinquished the unit. The whole storage facility is very clean and tidy. Access is straightforward and all feels very secure.
