Have just finished our current storage period with Cinch Storage in Gillingham. We have had a great experience using this facility for the last 5 months whilst our house renovations were completed. Amy and James have been great - always on hand to answer questions and queries. Would highly recommend this facility and Amy and James. Will definitely use them again if the need arises. Check out was made really easy too.

On Saturday, 30th May, David was amazing helping to find a small storage to change my belongs.

I’ve been for more then six years with Cinch Self Storage and now with the price increased I need move to a small one.

David showed me all the options, went to the storage to show me and the way with would be easy to carry all my boxes.

The end all went well. We moved everything.

Thank you so much David for your help in a hot day. You were so calm and explained everything.

I chose Shoreham location, lauren explained and set up everything for me at such short notice and made everything really easy! Jack who also welcomed me into the unit and finalised everything was equally super helpful, can’t recommend more if you are looking for a self storage facility!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have had a wonderful experience so far with Cinch. On calling I spoke with Jack who was very attentive when I shared my requirements. I was swiftly contacted by Lauren the Shoreham branch manager to chat through my options. Lauren was communicative and has been genuinely supportive and helpful in recommending options for my storage needs. I have felt that the quotes were fair and that if I needed to stay on longer, I would be looked after. This has been a really pleasant experience and I would not hesitate recommending the Cinch Shoreham branch, in fact I have!

We have worked along side Cinch in Newmarket before through the company I work for and each time they have been easy to work alongside. For personal belongings we have now rented out our own unit and Nijole was extremely helpful from the start. She allowed us to look at the unit prior to renting and made the overall experience very easy. The location is easy to access and locate. I would highly recommend.
