I ordered a watch through them and had a great experience. They were transparent about extra costs (sales tax, duties, etc.) and the payment process was very smooth and easy. The item arrived (earlier than expected) well packaged and just as advertised. I would definitely do business with them again.

The watch was as descripted. I wish it had all the papers, but did have warranty card. I also had to pay a hefty import fee as I got my watch from Japan, but worth it in the long run.
