One of my recent services # claim 347090289 was was to replace the inside thermostat for air conditioner, they installed a regular thermostat on wall where we had a programable type and said they would order the correct one to be replaced! Next day called and said you would not put like for like in. Which I was somewhat upset with! Whats the deal with that. Frank Fleming

Service tech was respectful of the customer and knowledgeable. Re-scheduling was done in an informed manner. Daugherty Plumbing fixed the problem right. Scheduling through Choice Home Warranty was a simple process.

Choice does not want to repair individual components of an air conditioner when they start to fail. Your entire AC system must be completely dead before they will consider repairs. Think of them for catastrophic use only.

Forever Plumbing was great. Jose came in and went right to work on installing my new water heater. Polite and knowledgeable.

The timing was great and the work done was very good on my stove.

Still waiting from generated order on August 29 2026 for a tech to repair none working refrigerator. Seems there is a problem acquiring getting a tech, meanwhile the foods in the fridge have to be thrown out.

Customer service agent was a very helpful and work with my budget & needs. He explained me all my benefit and maximum courage's. with small service fees.

At first I received the "Reimbursement" option. So, I took the time to find a contractor and as soon as I set up my own appointment, then I received the "Your appointment has been scheduled" notice, so I had to go back and cancel my own appointment. After the guy came to just "diagnose" the problem, not actually fix the problem, the claim was denied. AARGH! NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! The contractor you sent was pleasant, seemed knowledgeable, and came after hours without extra charge.

Called on August 19 about my hot water heater. Took 8 days for tech to come out an inspect my hot water heater. Finally today August 31 received approval with an added $220.00 extra charge for non covered expenses???? Already paid $100.00 for service call. What extra expenses??? Just replacing a hot water heater! Now waiting to schedule a day and time. Already been 11 days! What 2 plus weeks??? No very happy and totally disappointed.

Everything went wrong, they are thieves and robbers. They will NOT fix anything, but they will take your money. Look them up on Facebook, thousands of unsatisfied customers.

The problem was finally resolved after 2 visits.
I’m pleased with level of commitment that the tech service company provided.
