Thankful for our CHW plan, we called when the AC went out during very hot days of summer and within 24 hrs they sent an excellent contractor out to get the AC back up and running again, efficiently and on time. Thanks for the great service. Having a CHW is peace of mind.

He understood my problem and was able to resolve it quickly. Also, very easy to understand.

Great service from start to finish. Appliance repairman was very friendly and knowledgable. What he explained to me the process and what was going to take place was very satisfying.

The plumber arrived on time, solved the problem quickly and was pleasant to deal with.

I'm a new home owner and have Choice Home Warranty. They were running a special at the time that made the annual cost extremely reasonable. The service call fee seemed reasonable too. I found out just how reasonable when my toilet started leaking. Plumbing problems. That's going to be pricey. I called Choice. They scheduled a plumber. Plumber showed up, I paid the low service fee and plumber went to work. I was so nervous. Everyone knows that plumbing problems can be very expensive. Plumber finished the job, I said thank you and had my credit card at the ready. He left. I called Choice to let them know the plumbing was fixed, they thanked me for letting them know. I really felt like I had just done something wrong. I couldn't believe it! That was so easy. I am so relieved that I have Choice Home Warranty and I very much recommend their services.

Don't buy this home warranty. I had my first claim denied and it is impossible to try to cancel policy. I was told it could be cancelled and pro rated but they lied. There is a cancellation fee and they charge you for the 30 day waiting period. It was all lies.

Showed up on time. Clean, courteous, knowledgeable. Kept working organized and clean. Left the area Ike nothing happened. Highly recommend them as a TOP TEAR COMPANY.

Ad says no money out of pocket, then you find out there is a $100 service charge per call.

The air conditioner went out over the weekend and I was able to get a technician by Monday afternoon. He had it fixed within 30 minutes and it was all because of Choice Home Warranty. Thanks again

The gentleman who serviced my garbage disposal was Travis. He was efficient, he put the proper disposal in that was needed for my home, and he was very polite. It was nice to have him represent the company.

Coverage looks great however the only thing I don't like is that I was not able to use my checking account as a method of payment they only take debt or credit card that is the only thing I'm not happy with.

It was pleasant speaking today with Ms Hyman today. She was very professional and nice. One of the best experiences I've had with dealing with multiple companies in a long time.

He is very experienced & lot of knowledge about his work

The online registration for a service request is simple. I never had to speak to a person. You sent a top notch repair service company. Two visits (one to identify the issue and order the part) and one to install the computer chip in the refrigerator - 10 mins, and it is all working perfectly.

Everything went great.

This the worst company ever. I submitted a claim 24 hours ago and nobody can help. Then they suggested I get an independent contractor. And submit a form to be reimburse .

I've had to use choice three times. all 3 servicemen that came out were good, had no problem wirh their service.

We have had trouble with our salt water system, it is almost 9 years old and the parts have failed one at a time. Choice Warranty really stepped up. They sent us an excellent pool owner that has replaced the pump, the salt cell and we are waiting to have the timer replaced. We are very pleased with their service
