The flowers weren’t fresh!!!
When I spoke with them, they said it was normal for the flowers to be damaged because they were real?!?!?!
Just because they are real flowers doesn’t mean they should be in this condition.
This shows a lack of professionalism on their part to present work like this.
I just ordered 50 roses marked for mixed or for the florest to pick and she delivered only red . And with out being wrapped. Awful experience and then couldn't reach anyone .
It has now been months since I placed my order, and I still have not received anything or been refunded.
The company claims the address was incomplete, yet they only requested additional details after the agreed delivery date had already passed. I provided the requested information immediately, but no delivery was ever completed.
The company has also confirmed that the product was no longer in a suitable condition while still in their possession, meaning it was never delivered. Despite this, they continue to refuse a refund.
Under EU consumer law, the seller is responsible for successful delivery. Since no delivery was made, I am entitled to a full refund regardless of internal delivery issues or product type.
I have now requested a refund multiple times without resolution. If this is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with formal complaints to consumer protection authorities and payment providers.
At first after the flowers I ordered didn't get delivered on the day selected, I started to have my doubts. Part of the order was then delivered three days late (not great for fresh flowers). I queried the fact when I received an email saying the whole order was delivered. It took a little while but the communication with customer service was great, they then resent the whole order, which I did not expect, all were delivered on the day stated. All my doubts have now vanished, will probably use the company again.
The products are of great quality, with an excellent price-to-value ratio. The delivery was carried out exactly as requested and within the promised timeframe. The customer support team is very responsive and provides real, effective solutions.
I truly appreciate their services and would like to congratulate the team. Thank you very much — I am fully satisfied, 10/10! 🌟

Product not as advertised! I payed for 24 flowers.
As you can see on the picture there were for sure not 24 + several flower types are missing completely.
Even after asking at the Support and trying to be very cooperative no solution was proposed. Not very happy with the service.
Ordered flowers for €58 with guaranteed delivery before 13:30. They were never delivered. The company claimed the address was incomplete despite it working in Google Maps and refused to call my Irish number. Emails are now being ignored. Also good to note that nobody actually contacted me to say there was any issue with address or phone number until I emailed them 4 hours after said delivery time!

Giving 1 star is alot.
ChefPanda failed delivery an order I placed for my mother's birthday, despite paying for special delivery.
The reason provided was the property ( Vivenda) did not have a number, however as is also normal in Portugal the house is identified by a name rather than a number. As per their reason's they were unable to contact me as my phone number is international but no attempt was made to contact me via email. As result the delivery was missed entirely.
I paid a total of €59.70, and was offered €8.95 coupon as compensation after a month.
I live in London and I have used the same delivery information using different companies for years to send flowers and electronics ( TV's) to my mother without any issues.
Both the quality of the service and the level of customer support are very poor, furthermore it appears that your internal processes do not provide a professional standard of service or client relations management.

Very bad company. I ordered flowers and cookies for Mother’s Day and was never delivered! They said they ring the bell and nobody answered, I have my cameras that proves that. They said if I want to receive another day I need to pay 6.90€, what is insane because the mistake was from them. And they refuse to pay me the money back.
They were totally unprofessional and rude! I will never order nothing from here and I will not suggest nobody at all!!!!

NEVER ever order from them if you don't want your plans ruined. Literally the worst experience with ANY service in my life. I ordered a bouquet on March 8, with express delivery for extra 15 euro or something around that - they stated it works in my city on that day, express means within 3 hours. After 5.5 hours I texted them on WhatsApp, no reply. Then a bit later - an email, no reply, requested full refund because the Women's day was over and the plans were ruined. No reply. The next day I receive an email from them stating I "didn't reply to their email so they scheduled a delivery for March 9". There was NO email apart from automatic emails that order/payment received. I replied to that email saying I don't need it anymore, which they ignored together with another email a bit later to make sure delivery doesn't happen. Later that day I received the delivery which was not needed anymore, and as a BONUS: flowers are not the ones that I ordered, and NO refund for the "express" delivery within 3 hours - just completely ignored me.
I don't often write reviews, but in this case I just hope it helps someone to save their plans and nerves. I really wish this business to go down to stop this unacceptable level of "service".

I've order flowers on Feb 17, they agreed to deliver them on the 19th. That day never came, after multiple emails they ended up delivering trash on the 25th. They wouldn't re send it or refund it.
Worse customer service ever, worse service. Do not use them.

Paid in full, no flowers delivered, no refund — and based on other reviews, this appears to be a consistent pattern rather than an isolated incident.
We ordered flowers as a birthday gift (Ref: 619100) and missed the delivery, I accept this as we were out at the time, but we had received no advance notice of a delivery window.
We returned the driver's call within15 minutes and requested redelivery the following day, and this is a timeline ChefPanda's own records confirm.
No redelivery arrived the next day, and no communication followed. When we followed up, we were told there would be a charge to redeliver. Before agreeing to anything, we asked for clarity on whether the product was even still in a deliverable condition - by this point it was nearly three days since the original delivery date. They confirmed it was not. Rather than seeking a solution, they offered a 15% discount on a future order.
When we challenged this, pointing out the contradiction in their own records - which confirm we responded within 15 minutes, yet they cite slow response as the reason for refusing resolution - their reply was simply "We have already explained our position." No manager ever responded despite multiple escalation requests.
We will not use this company again and would caution anyone ordering from them to think carefully and read the consistent theme in reviews.

Not recommend this sevice! my mom got me flowers for my bday and they were nothing like on the photo, 24tulips out of which 23 same color and only one white, but it was suppose to be at least 5 colors, tulips are very small too. It's not worth the price at all. it's not the first time such negative experience
