Ordered flowers for a funeral and no delivery!

Ordered flowers for a funeral and not delivered, no reply either!!! Phoned, sent messages and emails and no reply, absolutely disgusting. I’m actually going to contact my credit card for a full refund. Stay away, it’s a scam!

Stay away from this scam

Stay away from this scam. Flowers delivered three days after the agreed date, much smaller that the paid for premium. No one picks up the phone, no replies to emails when you ask for am update. Just save your money and your nerves.

Ordered a wreath on Tuesday via the website, for it to be delivered FRIDAY 2nd January, tried all the methods to contact the company but could not get through to them. I live in the UK so I am panicking as the funeral is on the 3rd of January…

The “wreath” that cost me an outrageous amount of money was delivered this morning… It is by far the biggest joke that has been played on me this year and it’s only the 3rd of January. Wish I could post what I bought and what was delivered.

Unprofessional. Customer Doesn't Matter

If something goes wrong, and that's exactly what happened, they prefer to lose the customer forever than to fix the problem. Wrong day delivery, flowers wilting, everything drying out, practically dying.

They don't answer any phone call or messages, they don't answer any contact by email, they don't answer the chat on the website. Homeflora is a sell and forget type of business, without any consideration for the customer. If i could do a charge back, i definitely would because, that's what they deserve. A kick in the bvtt.
I do not recommend Homeflora due to risky business. Get your flowers from a reputable florist.

Se algo correr mal, e foi exatamente isso que aconteceu, eles preferem perder o cliente para sempre do que resolver o problema. Entrega no dia errado, flores a murchar, a secar e praticamente a morrer.

Eles não atendem a nenhum telefonema ou mensagem, não respondem a nenhum contato por e-mail, não respondem ao chat no website. A Homeflora é um negócio do tipo "venda e esqueça", sem nenhuma consideração pelo cliente. Se eu pudesse fazer um estorno, eu definitivamente fazia-o, porque é o que eles merecem. Um chuto no rab0.

Não recomendo a Homeflora por ser um negócio arriscado. Compre flores de uma florista de boa reputação.

The flowers not delivered

The flowers (Order # 59907) were not delivered at all. I attempted to contact the seller with no response. There is no refund option and no way to speak with someone responsible.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.
I ordered 8 tulips from Homeflower and received completely different flowers — without anyone asking me for approval or offering alternatives. The delivery was made much later than scheduled, and no explanation was given. On top of that, the service is expensive for what you get. I tried contacting them, but they don’t respond — terrible customer service. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again

Scam behaviour. Stay away if you can.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers on 14 May for delivery on 17 May in the morning. The payment was processed on time and didn't raise any suspicions; everything seemed legal. However, as well as not delivering the flowers, the contact details on the site simply don't work - typical scam behavior. With this kind of behavior, I would definitely mark this site as a scam and tell people to stay away.

Unprofessional

I ordered from there, and the flower bouquet was a very unprofessional, most of the flowers were still little more than buds, looked like a bouquet of weeds, I complained and got no response, after many attempts of contact I expressed myself in their Facebook page, and they deleted my comment, it was disgraceful work and pathetic customer service.

I ordered flowers from the website

I ordered flowers from the website, specifically requesting a bouquet without any red flowers, as my partner doesn't like them. The flowers were delivered on the scheduled date, but the bouquet was completely different from what was shown on the website and even included red roses. This has left me very disappointed, and I wanted some explanation and a refund. I’ve reached out via email, Facebook, and Instagram, but the owner hasn’t responded. Maybe they will check comments, and hopefully, this will warn future customers from making the same mistake.

Very disapointing

Very disapointing. Ordered flowers few days in advance to be ensure teh delivery on my mother's birthday. On the day, I got an email saying that the flowers couldn't be delivered with no explanation. Very unprofessional.

NOT BAD EXPERIENCE - A THING TO IMPROVE: Customer Service

I ordered some flowers for a funeral at 3pm to be delivered at 9am the next day. It was delivered and no issues were experienced by the receiver.

Maybe a thing to improve is their customer service, they don't answer to calls and emails. It would be good to hear from them or receive an update when the flowers are being dispatched.

Overall, Homeflora is a company you can count on for emergency/rush orders.

Very dissapointed in the service

Very dissapointed in the service. We ordered a white orchid to be delivered and a purple was given. Also the quailty was very poor, almost no flowers and dead.
No respons from their part after giving feedback of our dissapointment.
Do NOT RECOMMAND homeflora in Evora.

Truly terrible

Truly terrible. Do not order from here. Their service is a disgrace, I ordered flowers two days ahead of schedule for a morning delivery and when I got no notification of delivery I tried to contact them all day via email, what’s app and instagram. Nothing. At 4.15 I receive a call from a random number and it was someone trying to deliver. They claimed they rang the buzzer and no one was in - not true. Regardless they did at least leave the flowers at the door. The flowers were ok but absolutely not as advertised. I paid €52 for them, outrageous, I’ve bought much more beautiful and full bouquets in the centre of Lisbon for €35. I paid so much as I wanted them to be extra special and voluminous for my friend. Really the worst experience I’ve had with this type of thing in Portugal. And they still have not replied to a single email, WhatsApp or instagram message.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

I ordered a bouquet delivery for my mother in the Algarve, to be delivered in the “morning”. After 12 there still wasn’t any sign of the flowers and I tried to communicate with the store multiple times by phone, email and whatsapp and was ignored. As my communication was for nothing, they delivered the flowers at 13:17, which in my understanding isn’t morning. Nevertheless, the person was not home anymore, given that it was lunch time and not morning how I arranged. They then communicated directly with the person, ruined completely the surprise and still didn’t answer me or replied to me, and didn’t communicate the whole day. When I showed my frustration with a very long text, only then they replied to just say that they are not late because the person arranged a new time, completely disregarding that this only happened because they ignored me, given that I was trying to warn them that after 13 the person would not be home and arrange a new location for the delivery.
At the end, no one apologised, only after I complained about no apologies ou accountability on their behalf, the flowers were delivered but it was a very stressful day and the surprise was completely ruined. A company that promises efficiency and reliability on their website failed miserably, as well as with their customer service skills, very poor.
