I recently purchased a new build home at Horton’s Keep and had a very positive experience throughout the entire process.

The sales team, especially Tom and Millie, were incredibly supportive from start to finish. They kept us well informed at every stage of the build and were always available to answer questions, which made the whole journey much smoother.

After completion, Shaun (Site Manager) did a fantastic job addressing all remedial work promptly. He was professional, approachable, and very helpful in ensuring everything was resolved to a high standard.

Overall, the service and support we received were excellent. I’m very pleased with my new home and the experience as a whole.

We found the staff at Charles Church to be informative, knowledgeable and helpful when we visited on a number of occasions.

I can not express my gratitude and appreciation for the amazing customer care I had at Charles church in ridge walk, whiteley by Kat and Laura. They are a real credit to the company and without them I wouldn’t have been able to reserve my dream home that suit my needs for the future. Kat has kept in contact every step of the way and has been a great support in helping work out how to become proceed able and reserve the bungalow which was so important to me as someone disabled. I hope the company understands how amazing they have been in helping me achieve buying a home.

Melissa was great, extremely helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for her when purchasing out property.

Buying a new home is a very daunting prospect and one of the biggest investments we'll ever make. We have been in and out of the show room numerous times whilst deliberating. Melissa, the New Homes Sales Advisor at Glan Y Coed has been extremely helpful and patient. Nothing has been too much trouble and Melissa has provided all of the information we requested to enable us to make an informed decision on whether to purchase a new home at the site. Her customer service levels have been exemplary.

Tom, Millie & Sean were fantastic. From the first initial meeting, to handing over the keys the experience has been faultless and I can’t thank them enough.
The house was immaculate when I got in and they’ve been really accommodating with snagging and any issues around the property.
I would highly recommend purchasing from Charles church the experience has been easy and enjoyable.

Donna at Dunchurch fields was absolutely amazing! Even though we didn’t choose Charles Church in the end, we are so happy with the service she gave us.

The developer's properties are truly excellent and constantly being upgraded. The community we chose is beautifully situated, and their service is exceptionally attentive. This is the best developer we have ever come across.

We looked at a couple of apartment in Charles church at grayling gate Ringmer and fell in love with one of them. Fran showed us around and we were really happy with what we were shown and what was yet to come. Fran made us feel welcoming and made the first steps really comforting.

Lucy always responds to our emails very promptly and always very friendly and approachable. Ken did multiple work for us and always does a very clean job and very professional. Zoil was very polite and job well done. Great team and great response always. We have few more works to book in and we are expecting same level of service and support.

Just bought a new build from Paddock Wood and couldn’t be happier! The customer service team was fantastic, friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Highly recommend this builder!

Although there were issues upon moving in, Colin and the team quickly settled any issues. Aftercare so far has been very impressive

So pleased with our new paddock wood home. Everyone was absolutely great and the house is beautiful. ☺️

Plot 20 - Rainham Broadway

There has been a slight lack of proactivity in communication between different members of staff as I have been dealing with Persimmons over the past two years.

Simon Webb has been really helpful in putting efforts to close down issues as quickly as possible. His suggestions regarding communication could really help the team to develop.

Even amid several issues (including some which could have been solved more efficiently), Yvonne Tabram has remained very approachable and friendly. From a customers perspective, that is an amazing trait.

Overall, compared to the issues which I hear others have with their new developments - I am very happy with Persimmons.

Zoli has been to see us twice now, really nice guy and very good at fixing the issues.

5 stars for Aristos. It is the second time he has come to help with a repair. Very happy with the work done and suggestions made!
