Bought the sonic school bag for my son and we’ve had it for about 6 weeks and today walking to school the top handle had pulled out and stretched and is now damaged so it can’t be put up on a peg anymore. Will have to bin it when he comes home from nursery and pay even more money for a new one. Not happy, this was my first time ever purchasing from here but I will not be purchasing again.

Item arrived faulty
Item arrived faulty, I emailed and got an initial response in good time. They asked for pictures which I have now sent twice and received no response.
Update- received a new dispatch email for new backpack 2 days after my original 1* review. Now received and item is good.

I did not receive two of the items I received and I’ve emailed the company on two occasions and have not received any correspondence from them. Very poor.

The bag is extremely poor quality
The bag is extremely poor quality. After only 3 uses, the strap has broken and is unusable and I’ve had to buy my daughter another bag for nursery. Extremely disappointing. I have also emailed the company to discuss this and I have had no reply. I have been on the live chat and again no reply. Would definitely not recommend.

Lovely gifts for children
Lovely gifts for children. I ordered pencil cases as gifts for children at my grandsons birthday party. There was a small problem with my order to start with, but that was soon resolved.

Very poor customer service
Very disappointed as the item had a slight fault on the zip making it difficult to open and was smaller than described so contacted them for a refund twice, however I’ve had no reply! Very bad customer service, avoid!

The best place for Character suitcases
The whole experience from start too finish was perfect. The order was accepted and then arrived before time within a couple of days. The case is really nice slightly smaller than I thought but is well made and my grandson loved it. I was so impressed I will be ordering another 2 for my other 2 grandsons. If you are looking for a character suitcase for your child then look no further.
