Never had a problem, been using this site for years. It is great. I think cd's might ne making a comeback, lets hope for a new kind of MTV that shows videos too.

Finally A Company That Listens
I've been a customer for approximately 2 years. I had a problem with UPS losing my order & CD Universe replaced it immediately. You can actually talk to a person about any issues or if you just need help. They listen. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Outstanding Service
Excellent customer service. Their shipments are always on time and packaged carefully unlike some of their competitors. They carry a wide variety of items. What is really outstanding is they carry a wide variety of older music and DVDs. They're constantly getting remastered older television and movies. There also on top of and up-to-date with the current movies in the theater. Their music selection is outstanding they have both CD and album. Any problems you have are instantly fixed. I have never had any problems with this Company as far as customer service or product availability. This is the only company to buy Music DVDs and other items. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market. They should look at the variety of items they have.
