I can't recall when it was, that I began becoming a CD UNIVERSE addict.
I think it was back in the 1990's- I'm not sure. I trusted them THEN, and I trust them NOW.
CD UNIVERSE (NOTABLY) has improved customer service. No need to itemize here. But suffice it for you to know that CD UNIVERSE strives to make you happy and I am.

Great Establishment
I've been ordering from CD universe since 2004-2005 and they are pretty good in getting what you like. Sometimes they are slow, but I guess they have to wait also until the DVD or CD arrives for shipping.

Discount not properly calculated on my last order
On my last order - I responded to your 20% discount offer - I clicked on the offer as instructed in your email - but when I went to the cart to order, the discount was NOT applied to my order - I should honestly receive that recompense, which I did not befit from - you can't advertise something that does then not click in when you place the order!
That order was received on May 30 2023 (don't know exactly which day I placed it)

I didn't get the 20% discount for purchasing the two items. And it said before I finalized the payment, it said the discount would be applied and they didn't apply the 20% discount and I'm not happy with that and want to know why I didn't get the 20% discount.
