Kamil was a great example of how to lead a training session.
Active listener, responded to questions well with pertinent information.
Good explanations and checkbacks to make sure information was being taken in, along with allowing space and time for questions.

Received email saying I "cannot" be…
Received email saying I "cannot" be considered for the application; while fulfilling all the requirements and matching the job description (exact cuisine, having more experience and qualifications than stated requirements etc.) Then when I tried to reply asking for reasons to at least know what they thought issue was, it was sent from 'no reply' email basically blocking you from being able to communicate with them.
Absolutely appalling and waste of time you could be the best match for the client and they might be picking you personally, but for some reason people running the website have their own motives and won't give you a fair try.
