I have just used Cash4mac to see my iMac. The transaction was completely hassle free. All I had to do was box up the device to ensure it was nit damaged during transit and then follow the easy instructions for sending to them. They acknowledged when it had been received and then it took a couple of days to test it to make sure that it functioned correctly. I then gave them my account details and the money was transferred quickly. They also gave the best price than other companies for it. Definitely recommended,

I sell on all my old tech - it's much better than leaving it mouldering in a drawer. And in 20+ years, I've been lucky (and careful) and I've never had a bad experience. Despite that, Cash4Mac still have really stood out as easily the BEST company I've ever dealt with in this regard. First of all, I got a surprising number of identical quotes for my Macbook searching online - but Cash4Mac was notably better than any of them. Naturally this made me suspicious, and I did a lot of checking out. But everything did check out, so I went ahead. First surprise was a personal email response from Matt, checking I'd got the label etc! The drop off was easy and flawless. They use DPD and the Macbook was with Cash4Mac in 2 days, so I could quit worrying about that. I sent a hopeful email, not trying to hurry them, but just asking if they could give me a rough timeline. In return I got a phone call! Matt said they thought they'd get it checked today and would pay me by the end of the day if it all checked out. Sent off my bank details. In my account by the end of the day! Not only that, but I knew the Macbook was immaculate (my worst tech mistake and rarely used) and they clearly agreed - they decided it was even worth £10 *more* than the quote, and simply added it to the amount they paid me. This company is the Real Deal. Can't praise them highly enough. The human touch always makes a difference. I would absolutely definitely use them again.

I checked a number of sites which had been recommended by various sources with a view to selling my MacBook Pro including those which would have involved a trade in for a new laptop. Cash4Mac as well as providing the best deal by quite a long way was an easy site to use. When I opted to sell to Cash4Mac the service and feed back were excellent. Brilliant company, entered the details of my Mac and received a decent price, once I had accepted it I received an email with a returns code. I had an email and a call to say it had arrived. Then a call to say all ok and asking to send my payment details. Payment received the same day. Can’t fault this company THANKS

The experience has been great. All the way from estimate of sale price to the payment. Far better than eBay and the fake bidders. Been there done that. The team contact you throughout the transaction so you’re aware what’s happening with your expensive kit. And price wise no marking down due to some non existent issue that never appeared during the time you owned/used it.

This company is truly on another level, and stands out from the rest! Beyond 5* Visited Website, entered my details, quoted price, label sent within an hour! Email and call received to say arrived, and then a call requesting bank details, and paid in minutes! The whole process took less than a week!
