A joke of a Company

A joke of a Company, supposedly UK based. Don't believe it or the fact they advertise therapeutic shoes on Facebook. Once your order is in the system you can't cancel even if they have no stock. Two pairs ordered, one received did not correspond to UK sizes and other never arrived and Company stopped responding. Mastercard came good in the end and reclaimed. Cheap Chinese crap in truth from disreputable outlet. Don't touch with a bargepole !

Awful customer service

I ordered two pairs of shoes on 15/12/21 and they arrived three days later but the wrong size. I immediately contacted them but they requested photographs which I sent after several exchanges of emails they promised a review. I sent the shoes I received to a Paris address (further expense) but returned address not known. After numerous emails and two letters they are not responding. Please don't make my mistake and buy from these people

Ordered shoes 6 weeks ago

Ordered shoes 6 weeks ago, said on their website they were delivered today. No they did not unless they are invisible shoes. Also they would/should have left a shut notice as we called them in Royal mail when i was a postie to let the householder know if we left them in a safe place or took them back to office. So i got neither.

I would never recommend this company

I would never recommend this company, ordered 3 pairs of shoes costing £90, my wife's arrived, and to be fair they were nice shoes, but mine have never turned up, despite numerous e-mails back and forth and broken promises about delivery dates,
Definitely think twice before ordering

These are scammers

These are scammers, save your money because you will never get your shoes. Their phone line does not work and they won’t answer emails. I am now going to try Trading Standards to see if they can investigate and stop these scammers.

Stay clear of this company !

I made an order in February of a pair of shoes. After some delays I received notification it was delivered last week. No such item has been received, despite someone being in at home all week. They do not respond to any emails and their customer phone line is out of service. Clear that either this is a scam or the company is in trouble. DO not buy from them.

Still Waiting to Process a Return

I ordered a pair of shoes in haste (my fault). I immediately contacted Carters to cancel. I was told it was too late - really?!
I was told I could return them after delivery. I went through their returns process, including submitting photographs.
I'm still waiting for instructions to return the shoes.
Carters UK with the Union Flag? Forget it - I can't find a UK address.
I have not worn the shoes, but the construction is best described as 'flimsy'.
I'd welcome any advice for a Returns address other than Hong Kong!

Scam

Unfortunately I didn’t check these reviews before. I bought a pair of shoes four months ago and I never received my order. I kept sending messages and they said that it is still on the way or they found a problem with the order.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on the 22nd…

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on the 22nd Dec 2021 still not arrived as yet despite endless emails asking for an update. This company should not be allowed to advertise anywhere as they draw you in by showing you good products at a good price but do not deliver.
I did send another email today asking for an update I don’t expect too much. Facebook should not allow this company to advertise on there site it is putting them in a very bad light. Does anyone know a contact number for this company all the numbers I have rang no one ever answers.

Bought a pair of shoes on 6th January from Scammers.

Bought a pair of shoes on 6th January, after seeing advert on Facebook. Despite exchange of emails, no shoes have been delivered. Further investigation discloses that the shoes are made in China, and under various brand names such as Manchester Shoes, Cardiff Shoes, Nottingham Shoes. This organisation has no operational base in the UK. When you pay the money goes to an organisation called Harayst in Burgos, Spain.

Gave up in the end and got my credit card company to claw back my payment. I suggest you do the same.
Cannot understand why Facebook carry ads for these scammers.
