London Shoes Waterproofed they are NOT

Bought a pair of London shoes 23rd october 2020. Delivery very slow when they eventually arrived all seemed well. They were advertised as waterproofed, they are NOT. When I contacted them they said they were only guaranteed for 14 Days . Yes 14 days.
Not happy with this reply I did want them for walking and it may rain when i am out on my walk.

Zero stars. Don't.

Zero stars. Just don't buy from them. Paid £29 for a plastic shoe not even worth £5. To make it worse, once I made the payment they never communicated. Took 2 months of chasing to get delivery. Not recommended at all. JUST DON'T.

I just cancelled my (new) credit card…

I just cancelled my (new) credit card that I just opened over Christmas because of the incompetence of both Carters and Comenity bank. My goodness!! They first accepted my auto pay info (e bank) and NEVER once told me that the routing number was one digit off. I would have never known (no text, email, or mail) if I hadn't just checked my account and seen where they had already charged me TWO late fees and finance charges on a $100 charge. REALLY! It's 2022! I can be texted, emailed, anything....just let me know! So, after taking care of it all this a.m., I tried to place an order to use $10 in rewards that expire tomorrow. Guess what? Comenity told me, "yes, your account is all paid up but because you went 2 months without payment, we can't allow you to buy anything on your card for 3 weeks"....so, I'm being penalized??? What the heck? I'm just so frustrated. All I wanted to do was buy my grandson a couple of outfits and I owe nothing on my card! The error was all able to be seen from their end but I'm still in detention for 3 weeks. LMBO but really, BEWARE!

Why do you push credit cards

Why do you push credit cards? I hate when I come in to purchase clothes for my kids and the only question that I am asked is if I want a credit card. The answer is NO! I feel so bad for the employees because when I say no it seems like they are in trouble. Why would I want a credit card that is for one store that only carries children's clothing?
Do the employees get in trouble? A very young girl acted like she was going to be fired when I said no. I felt so bad for her. I told her to get a new job instead of working somewhere like this. I will never purchase anything from Carter's again.

Today I went to his store in the Elizabeth mall and the cashier named María very frocera answered me, only I could tell him if the person in front of me finished since I didn't see why he was with my baby in his stroller, he gave me my packages and I don't expect him to I will take it and leave the box there is no respect for the customer! I feel really bad, she knows what she did. The only girl left was the one with blonde hair. They should be careful with the staff they hire.

Order shoes from them

Order shoes from them, decided to cancel within 2hours I emailed as there is no telephone number. They emailed back they would review my request. They took money from my account. Now they do not reply. I should have read reviews about this company before purchasing. Their reviews are terrible.

I ordered online and the automated…

I ordered online and the automated system canceled my order stating that my name didn’t match my credit card, address, email address or IP address. I tried to submit my order 3x and it was canceled all 3. I ordered on my device, in my own house, with my own credit card. I had a 20% off coupon which was also canceled. Customer service couldn’t fix the issue either. Terrible company.

Ordered shoes in November 2021

Ordered shoes in November 2021, when they arrived, their sizing was smaller than how it read on line. Made contact with Carter who apologised and asked for a photo of the shoes. This was done and after trying to contact them again January 2022, so far there has been no response. Such a shame, I really needed the shoes as I am diabetic and required a broader fitting shoe. Come on Carter UK, sort this out please.

I bought a pair of shoes 4/5 weeks since, took them 3 weeks to despatch them, then when i asked them for the carrier who was delivering so that i could track them never got a reply, sent endless more emails but still no reply, don't think they was ever despatched, then l sent a email cancelling the order, never heard from them again, sent a few more cancelling this order but still no reply yet again, this company are the most useless company i have ever dealt with, so do not buy anything whatsoever from them, or you will be scammed of your money.

AVOID THESE THIEVES

Ordered one pair of size uk 10 but after payment invoice showed they charged for another pair also these were size 5.5Emailed a number of times first time within 30 minutes of order error.but ignored until after 2 weeks recieved message stating too late to change order.Two pairs came friday and the 10 was marked 43 so to small Emailed for returns label ,asked for pictures sent them them told will review request .Five days later after many emails to them no word at all and still £51 out of pocket,Avoid like the plague they are thieves. Cant leave review with no stars but that is all the deserve.Now ITS 17 JANUARY AND AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS --AT LEAST 10 -- STILL NOW WORD FROM THEM.ON there website is an address of company they deal through a bit like Ebay.(I tried to show link but was not allowed, look on carter website contact page bottom right corner) I even contacted them and they said they would raise a case immediatley. Pleased I didnt hold my breathe as they have not bothered to contact me since.
