Even helped us get a good price for our trade in and the new care was exactly as described as we came down from Glasgow to Bristol to purchase the car.

Neil was extremely efficient
Neil was extremely efficient, polite and professional. He didn't force me to pay for any irrelevant add-ons and he was entirely honest with the status of the car. I will seriously consider returning to Carbase Weston if I need a new car in the future.

I reserved my new car before it had been prepared and asked for it to be relocated from Lympsham to Bristol. Carbase made the process incredibly easy, with excellent communication throughout. The entire transaction was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.

Total lack of care. Over 1h waiting and not seen.
After finding 2 Kodiaqs I liked, I booked a time slot to see and test drive the car. Upon my arrival I approached the receptionist to check-in and a received a total apathetic treatment from her. Not bothered by it, I went on to wait. When called in by the sales man it went all fine. However, I could not test drive the second car I was also interested in, fine, it is there policy not to test drive 2 cars in one appointment.
Upon arriving eraly next day (Saturday at 8:45) to avoid the crowd and being able to test drive it without an appointment, I was put on a list for waiting.
During my 1 HOUR WAITING TIME, I kept on looking for other vehicles which I might like. I found one, called the dealership, arranged to go, see and test drive it, and left. No further attempt to contact me was made by Carbase. I could see clearly many sales people walking around, chatting in groups, going for a coffee, on their phones, doing anything by taking care of waiting customers.
They have literally lost a sale (surely many others) due to total lack of care.
I hope it helps someone to save the headache from dealing with them.

Drove from Gloucester to view a car traffic a full.
Went in at 11.10 seen receptionist had to wait in waiting area till a salesman was available there was several there on there desks on the computers with no clients waited for 25 minutes there was 6 other people after me waiting then so got up and left will buy now from another garage, never used to be like that there, so what's going on.

My experience at CARBASE was excellent!
My experience at CARBASE was excellent. From my initial phone enquiry to the purchase of the car everything was really smooth. The team at CARBASE know exactly what they are doing.
Personally I would like to thank Joe, the CARBASE representative who dealt with me through the purchasing process. He was extremely supportive and knowledgeable.
I have no doubt that when the time comes for me to purchase another car I will definitely be going to CARBASE first.

Good selection of cars but....
Good choice of cars but you can only test drive one per day. Some cars incorrectly priced so you think you have a good deal to be told its not been advertised incorrectly.
If you have booked to look at one car then thats all they are really happy for you to do. If you see another car you might be interested in you have to have another appointment- which is fine but each appointment is about 3 hours. Customer service was good but lots of time needed to complete a purchase- we were there nearly 5 hours. Seems like they want your money quickly- if you change your mind or ask questions it appears to annoy staff.

Phil is an excellent salesman
Phil is an excellent salesman! I've bought a car from Carbase before which Phil helped with, and the experience was so good that when it came time to buy another car I chose Carbase because the price is good and I knew Phil would make it easy. Phil took the time to explain the Owners club and finance options clearly and simply which was much appreciated, can't recommend him enough!

I had a great experience with my part…
I had a great experience with my part ex and new car purchase recently. Although communication pre purchase wasn’t great once I’d reserved this changed. Tendayi was a great salesperson and was very friendly with no big sales pressure. Owen was also great at sorting the finance side and adding some extras with great discounts. Overall a very good experience!
