Fairly Smooth Process Once Being Seen
After showing up without a booked appointment, I was added to a waiting list for walk in appointments. I was warned that it may take a long time, and waited for nearly 2 hours. I made it clear to reception that I simply needed a test drive of my chosen vehicle and if all was well, I would look to purchase. The team pulled out the stops and Ifzal made everything fall into place. He got the test drive sorted, went through all the options, understood what I needed and was clear on what I didn't want to take up. He even got the car valeted allowing me to take the car home the same day, all prepped. The car was very clean already but the extra valet gave it the finishing touch. He even stayed on past the finishing time, just to get me all completed. A down to earth guy! Carbase also throws in a 12 month RAC breakdown plan with the car.

Really helpful salesman
Really helpful salesman, who made the purchase really easy.
Unfortunately after leaving a warning light came on my car as they had put too much oil in when servicing it. I gave up on after sales team after being on hold for 20 minutes and have now sorted it myself. Otherwise very pleased with the car which I think was a fair price

Found Joe to be very friendly and helpful, he answered our questions honestly and dealt with a few issues we found with car promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. Oh and he makes a nice cup of tea and coffee. The manager was also very helpful and ensured the deal was acceptable to us. To be honest the whole team were amazing. Good price and all purchase options discussed with the different calculations presented. No pressure. Ray Cox was very helpful.
Given ample time to test drive and inspect vehicle.
Would buy again through Carbase. Would have given 5 stars but on closer inspection the vehicles door jambs & trims plus around tailgate were very muddy.

Friendly but disappointing.
The team has been friendly and made the documentation easy and accessible, however they sold me a car that had a flat tyre and instead of replacing it they only inflated it and claimed it was normal for a tyre to go flat if sat in the car park for weeks. It was disappointing and I felt dismissed by the short term fix they offered on an expensive vehicle.
