The experience with the customer service rep
The experience with the customer service rep (at least I hope it was a person and not AI). She wasn't in a rush to get me off the phone. She offered to stay and work through the ordering process which help me avoid other pit falls.

Can't believe how much money I save!!
Customer service is fast and top notch. Products are always perfect and Canada Drugs Direct save me SO much money on my asthma inhalers ($230 to $89 and my HRT (from $760 in US to $130 from CDD!! Buy from them with confidence. My doctor faxes the RX directly to them.

Getting the "Run Around" for over a month
I've had to reach out 3 or 4 times now. Over a month and still no medication for my extremely asthmatic pet who currently has bronchitis. First time the representative took forever to reply for every response, then ended the chat due to "no response" even though I was responding immediately. I have screenshots to prove this. Second time, they needed a form filled out which was never relayed to me. I had to ask why I still havent recieved the medications or why it wasnt event proccessed for about a month, even though I paid and provided the prescription. After a month and a half now, they still havent shipped it and the system is apparently down so they are not able to help at all.
Also, It was 830PM when I called. I was told in 45 min the system should be back up and running and to call back. However the woman ask me what time it was locally for me, and when i told her, She "informed" me that she couldnt help me after 8pm my time. Not sure how that make any sense, but I am just desperate to get my baby her meds and then never order from this company again
