They are very polite and cooperative and helpful. I can't understand, however, why it takes three months for communications of scripts by fax to take place and then still not work. Hard to say whose fault that is.

Way too many steps to complete
What a pain to try to (unsuccessfully) get an Rx filled! SO many steps frequent calls each step of the way! AFter receiving a confirmation email that everything was good-to-go, finally, I received yet another call late the next day saying they needed yet more clarification!
I cancelled the order.... this was way too much.

Prices unmatched and Easy to use
When my Grandmother received a prescription to help with bladder control following her Parkinson’s progressing, we found ourselves looking at an astronomical cost even for someone not on Social Security (very small fixed income) and despite being on Medicare with an added Supplemental. We found Canada Drugs Direct and are able to get her prescription at 10% the cost. We found it’s best to order well in advance as international shipping has its own obstacles so as long as you keep up with that, it’s a great cost saving tool especially in these tough financial times. Also, anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance on an order their online chat is quick, easy and extremely responsive. 10/10 recommend using Canada Drugs Direct.
