Logicly if some one change à country (immigration) hés looking for beter cituation , or peace so he leave hés mother country for a uknowen future and when your administration ask for waranty 15000$ absolutly wrong hés (the candidate) a poor man so if you are asking for a good personnes make it easy it’s my pt of view and your are free to décide.

This letter serves as my final formal demand for the immediate refund of all funds I paid for your immigration and employment services.
I entered into this agreement in good faith, relying on your representations, promises, and professional assurances. The money I paid was earned through years of honest and difficult work. I placed my trust in your organization because I believed you would provide the services you advertised.
Instead, I have experienced significant financial loss, emotional distress, and unnecessary hardship. I have spent countless hours trying to resolve this matter through respectful communication, yet I have not received a fair resolution or the refund that I believe is justified.
I have acted patiently and professionally throughout this process. Unfortunately, my patience should not be mistaken for acceptance of this situation.

Promises Made, But No Results or Refund
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
I signed up for their Work Permit and Atlantic Immigration Program because I trusted the services and support they promised. Unfortunately, after more than a year, there has been no meaningful progress or successful outcome.
Because of the lack of results, I requested a refund several times. Every time I contacted customer support, I was told that someone from the Finance Team would contact me regarding my refund. Unfortunately, despite these repeated assurances, no one from the Finance Team has ever contacted me, and my refund request remains unresolved.
I have sent multiple follow-up emails asking for updates, but I continue to receive the same response without any real action or progress. It is very frustrating to be repeatedly told that someone will contact me, only for nothing to happen.
My visa is due to expire in December, and I have explained my circumstances several times, hoping the company would show some urgency and professionalism. Unfortunately, I have not received the support or communication I expected.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service. I hope the company improves the way it handles customers’ concerns and refund requests so that others do not have the same experience.
