I’ve always used and recommended this company and never had cause to complain however having just picked up a five year old Mitsubishi Eclipse that looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in any of those years I’m left somewhat disappointed.

Great company to deal with. We asked to change our pick up location at last minute. They were absolutely fine with that.Vehicle was in great condition and clean. Happy to recommend this company.

I always use Cabrera Medina/Cicar when I visit canarias and can recommend it! Good and reliable service, friendly and helpful staff. Fast car pickup and delivery without hassle.
ps. I forgot my wallet with all papers, creditcards and cash at the counter when I picked up the car. The cabrera Medina staff member has seen this and put my wallet safely away. I went back to the T2 terminal the next day and got my wallet back untouched with all the cash money still inside!!! That shows how reliable this company and their staff are. Muchos Gracias!

We are lucky enough to have a house in Lanzarote and rent cars from cabrera for a total of six months in any twelve month period without issues usually meaning 12 -13 separate rentals

The no hassle and everything covered is very refreshing - compared to the awful upsell insurance , insurance plus platinum , insurance plus plus gold and needing to photo every single inch of the car before you go of others.

Only thing I would suggest is a log of all cars with reversing cameras to avoid issues when you collect.

A loyalty program is also missing which would be beneficial to loyal clients

The car itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and felt brand new. Collection was quick and efficient, and being able to pay in cash when collecting the vehicle was an added convenience.

To order a hire online is easy staff at pick up point could not be more helpful again to pick your car up is quick with no problems

Always a good price. Easy and quick pick up and drop off. No quibbling on damage as fully comp insurance. Always use Cabrera after bad experiences with other hire companies charging my credit card (weeks later) for damage I did not do

Price is always good, but what I love most is the ease of the car hire. No hidden extras, no inspections; just pick up the keys and go. Pick up and drop off is so easy. I have used several times now and they have never let me down. Cars have always been clean and reliable. Highly recommend.

Camera Medina are (perhaps) the original canary islands hire firm. Been in business ages. Their relaxed yet professional approach is refreshing. Their price is all in (no extras/fees at the desk). Staff all immaculately dressed to setve you. Cars are good and return process is painless.

Friendly service. Quite expensive when compared to some.

I have used Cabrera Medina many times over the years when travelling and would be happy to recommend them.
Simple online booking system, represents good value for money and good pick up / drop off facilities both at the airport and remote offices.

Just so Simple. Turned up at Lanzarote arrival, handed over my driving license and 5 minutes later I was driving out of the airport. Just as easy to return. Park your car in a numbered bay, hand in the key and head to departures
