At any stage of your career, advice is really important. Being an expat from Australia, talking to Mikael was a great experience to further understand the 'Career culture' here in Copenhagen. Mikael also walked me through the many great resources that CA has from podcasts, webinars and events.
I also have registered for the additional support with CA+, which I would definitely recommend as worthwhile upgrade for a reasonable price.

I have been given very good tips and tricks on how to express your "best side" during a job interview by Anette M. Pierce! I met Anette at a workshop organized by CBS Business. She is very friendly, which makes it easier to be open with all your questions regarding the job interview, but also very knowlegeable about the topic! During the event we had the chance to work on our "tell me about you self" question and get feedback from both Anette and other colleagues. In addition, we have learned to use the STAR technique in order to precisely express our major achievements (in a job interview)

CA has made my whole experience with living in Denmark way easier! Yes, what CA has to offer does sound too good to be true, especially if you come from abroad. But nothing about CA is deceiving, in fact, I am constantly getting more out of my membership than I even expected. In CA I've only met kind, knowledgeble and engaged people who truly wants to help me find a job by offering private coaching sessions, interesting courses and many online tools. You get financial support while job searching, allowing you to focus entirely on finding a job that matches your interests, skills, and education. CA is your best friend, especially as a foreigner in Denmark that might want to settle and work in this beautiful country.

I've been job searching for a few months and CA has truly offered valuable support, coaching, guidance, encouragement and a positive spirit! One of my favorite things was doing a personality test and getting in-depth feedback on it from my career coach Mikael - this gave me valuable insight about myself and was a help towards steering myself in the right direction. Had a great experience with them, every time I call for asking a question they are always nice and explain everything with no rush. Also when you visit the main office they are extremely helpful. I recommend it to anybody.

The worst service I have ever experienced!!! People who are working at this company obviously do not know what they are doing. I have ungoing conversation with 3 people at the same time and everyone is telling me different rules or papers I need to fill in.Some do not answer for weeks!
1. I found out only after 2 months that actually I have received a new unemployment benifit, based on my work and not education. 2 months later and only because I wrote to CA myself asking about hours in jobnet.
2.Since I am working almost 140 h per month, I have to fill the hours I have worked every month. Not gonna mention that IT system is super unhandy, but also no-one explained if I have to put down days I am physically working or the days that I receive salary from.( My work is paying for free calendar days and sick days although I am at home and able to send out CVs and what not) So I had a lot of recalculations, where I started to owe money to CA instead.
3. Unable to pay bills per month. I believe there are other people who like to pay bills per month, BUT it is not possible, because their system SAID SO.Very inconvenient.
The only THANKS I can say is to Thomas and IT specialist- Poul! Looks like they are the only people, who understand something in CA.
