Amazing guidance and very understanding on one side of the company like:

But the Jura part, is passive and lacking understanding. They stick to the strict paper value without the content. Unless they have 100% of it on a paper, which is never, they won't believe your story line and will have a tendency to defend the big corporations.

Returning to work after my Summer holiday I was immediately given notice that my employer had decided to restructure my department and that I was no longer needed. I contact Frie right away and was given great advice from the three different departments that I was speaking to. The legal department revised the termination letter and my contract and advised that my employer in fact needed to pay an extra months salary. When I approached my employer they did not agree with the request. I contacted the lawyer, Christina Folmer, who made direct contact with my employer and settled the case in my favour. I found every one at Frie to be kind, helpful and with expert knowledge provided at a time when I was really confused as to what to do - Thank you Frie.

Today I had my first phone meeting with my inspector Marianne Moore from A-Kasse Frie , she helped me with the right advice on how to look for a job and how to use and what practice I can apply for, so that I can possibly get my dream job later. And she sent me a list of courses that I can sign up for to improve my qualifications. And most importantly, she conveyed a good and positive mood, which is very important when a person is looking for a job and is confused by employers' refusals. Kind and responsive people build and raise any business or organization. Thank you for such wonderful employees, and for helping us all.

The worst service I have received in Denmark. They are very good at taking your money and promising insurances and coverage but when the time comes to cover your back, they are all gone and they find multiple excuses not to pay your insurance. In may case they got away not paying because my extra salary insurance because a small contractual detail. On the phone they had explained me a different thing... The communication is terrible and they use multiple pdfs and emails and phone calls so you loose track of what you need to do. It´s sincerely terrible. I paid for more than 11 years the extra insurance, I have barely gotten dagpenge for some months when I was in need they never helped.
------regarding the reply below, I have had multiple conversation with your management and they refused to even consider my case so please don´t write this stuff just to protect yourself in front of the Trustpilot readers. It´s fake. If you want to do something useful, improve your communication and digital tools and mostly pay out the insurance when people need it and don´t find excuses and clauses hidden in the contract. Im my case you guaranteed that I could behold my standards by lowering the monthly fee but then you said that it would take 3 months to mature them (when you had to pay out). It´s the lowest and immoral move I have seen.
------ Again , you might have had the right to do so legally. On the phone you had informed me that "I would keep my seniority by lowering the monthly fee, but it was LATER on communicated that I would had to wait 3 months before the insurance would be valid. Consider that I have paid for more than 10 year and extra insurance... and for 2 Days you have decided to not cover my insurance. This might hold true legally but morally it´s a very low move. you decide to not cover an customer that was loyal for more than 10 years for 2 days... Your choice not to do that. I follow other values. So please don´t give me the reply from the terms and conditions read from a playbook, at least have the dignity to just leave it there and accept that not all customers are fully satisfied.
