Very unprofessional and bad. I requested a call with one employee that knew my situation and was promised he’d get back to me afternoon sine he’s busy in meetings until then. I was called the next day by another colleague who told me the person I requested doesn’t even work for them anymore:)

Useless union
I have been part of the union out principle even though they offer no courses in English and only help they would give me with an argument with my employer was to tell me to "change jobs". Their jobbørs has also been near unuseable for a long time now. Their deal with Alma, currently in the news, is showing where their values are. Even 3F has 1st May off, but we dont. My workplace had better overwork rules before they took over HK overenkommelse. Would give one star but I had one useful call with their studying counsellor Søren over the two years. Therefore two stars.

They will NOT follow any law in your advantage! PERIOD! This infor it is for people who have plans to sign up with HK ! It is all about corruption and nepotism! 👌👍🙌 It is not about my "expectation", it is about how HK ste aling money from people and when they need help, HK dont do anything to help. HK protect companies, are hand in hand with it. High Coruption and nepotism just in Danmark. I know someone waa fired from work without legit reasons. Acording to contract it is out of law but HK did not help with anything...HK just take money....DO NOT sign up with any union in DK. Is a hige SC AM

Still hasn't received a final answer to my question. Hopefully it is due to holidays season. First consultant was listening my question very attractive but the second one didn't really connect me with the right agreement.
Update: I received my answer today. Nothing more to expect. I'm very happy with my union and feel supported.

Received wrong information on phone…
Received wrong information on phone with a male supporter (Steen) in February and now a female supporter tells me they never said that.
The male supporter also logged only PART of the conversation, only the middle part, not the start and end of the conversation.
Also mails are not read correctly (or not replied to at all) and that was not the first time that happened (Mette) in the time that I have been a member (almost 5 years now).
I would not recommend this union at all.
IF I chose to keep this union,
If I keep it, I will in the future always ask them to contact my boss and handle issues for me.
I am not sure if I will keep this union though. It hasn't helped with anything. I always need to do everything myself anyway.
I can't find on the website how to file an official complaint.
If a response is given, please no responses to me by Mette.
