First class service, great customer care
From buying to delivery the whole process was first class. Missed two deliveries and Lauren from customer services checked to make sure everything was ok, she even changed delivery preferences with the delivery company for me, even notified me that the item had been delivered,a real credit to your company. Mobile phone charger replacement
My mobile phone charger ceased to work and I got in touch with C247 with whom I'd made the purchase. They couldn't have been more helpful in finding a replacement and sending it post haste.

Amazing company
If I could give million stars I would.
I purchased a phone online for my elderly father,for next day delivery, the process was easy. Unfortunately due to a blip in the system, my payment went through on a phone that was out of stock, so my phone didn't arrive. I rang and spoke to Lauren, who said she would get straight back to me. Lauren sent me an email, with a massive apology for what had happened, that this in no way they wanted a customer to see their company and assured me they would be having stock the next day and they would send for delivery the next day, if I didn't want to wait I was offered an upgrade at no extra cost. We decided to go with the original order, Lauren emailed confirmation of this straight away and emailed again the next day to say stock had arrived and had been dispatched immediately, she emailed again to make sure it had arrived and we were happy. I cannot fault this company and highly reccommend them. Personal thanks to Lauren, who represents the company impeccably.

The item I bought was, unfortunately, faulty, but my disappointment was more than compensated for by the extremely professional way that C247 handled the return and refund process.
A special shout out to Lauren for her always prompt, friendly and relevant guidance and advice. She is an absolute star.

Excellent company to do business with. Through no fault of C247 my parcel has been on a scenic tour of Britain by DPD. This was seen by C247 who pride themselves on their next working day delivery promise and was quickly dealt with and a complaint made to DPD. I was kept up to date at all times. I would recommend.

Fantastic Company
I purchased a phone from C247 and the service has been fantastic. Their customer service is amazing, I got responses to my emails so quickly, and Lauren was really helpful with answering my questions, I also got an email after my device had been delivered to check that I was happy with everything which was great. The phone was so reasonably priced, and I hadn't found it cheaper anywhere else. I also received free gifts with my purchase! The payment process was really quick and the phone was delivered really fast, and was so well packaged the box was in pristine condition inside. The whole service from C247 has been great and I will definitely be returning in the future for more devices.
