Very fast, efficient and friendly service, definitely use again!

Superb service and fast payment when selling my iPhone. Packaging was sent promptly and payment was sent the same day device was received. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience - I did upgrade to special delivery when sending off my device due to the high price but sent my device on a Thursday afternoon and received payment Friday morning. I have used many recycling companies but none of them come close to NB Tech for speed of processing and payment.

Brilliant service, phone sent in the afternoon by the next morning it was delivered to them I messaged them and asked when the payment will be and it was sent through as soon as the assessed it exact same as was quoted. Very happy will definitely use again.

Hands down the most responsive and reliable company I have ever come across. I was sceptical about using them at first having never heard of them before, but after reading the reviews I trusted to go with them. I’m so glad I did and will most certainly use them again in future. I submitted my sale to them yesterday morning, within the hour I updated to say a free pack was on its way. I chose to send my parcel special delivery instead. The phone was delivered this morning around 9.15am, by 9.55 I received email confirmation and what’s app, provided the required photo ID at 10.10 and payment landed in my bank account at 10.13. I received emails with updates at every point and they were incredibly responsive with their communication. I’m really impressed!

What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with this company again. From start to finish everything was perfect. Nathan’s commitment to customer satisfaction is clearly at the forefront of everything he does. That’s why I will keep returning and why I recommend him whenever in can.
It’s so refreshing how everything is transparent. There’s absolutely nothing hidden, which sadly is a rarity these.
To top it all, Nathan’s prices are truly the best around, with everything considered.
Don’t be tempted to save a couple of quid and use someone who will disappear if you need after sales care. It’s priceless.

I was on Trustpilot 24 hours before writing this review, trying to work out which company I could trust and which company I couldn't. My main reason for choosing NB Tech was their glowing reviews. There's a very good reason why this company only has 5 star reviews. Because they deliver a first class service on a consistent basis. I sent my phone to them yesterday and at 10am today I had a WhatsApp and an email to say they'd paid out what they promised. No devaluing of the handset once they'd seen it. They paid out what they promised. NB Tech are a first class, highly trusted firm which I cannot recommend highly enough. Awesome, awesome company. If only all companies were as trusted as this one.....

Great service, fast and quick payment

Great communication from the time they received it to the delivery. Was always in the loop, prices are competitive and their turn around is fast.

The whole process was very easy, the phone was inspected the same day as it was delivered (not my experience with other vendors) and payment was immediate.
The communication was clear and concise all the way through too. Would highly recommend.

Blown away by how incredibly fast and amazing the service was. I traded in my phone and I got the money the same day.
