Ordered my phone at 1.00pm on Wednesday 10th of January and was promised next day delivery (which I was sceptical of living in an IV postcode address). As expected it was a day late but I received a five pounds refund on the Wednesday, great.

Brilliant customer service
Got a phone from them at a competitive price and with rapid delivery. It worked well and then developed a ringer fault after about 11 months. It was still under warranty but C247 couldn't replace it as they no longer stock it. Lauren from C247 immediately offered the option of either contacting the manufacturer for a repair/replacement or getting a refund. I chose a refund and she immediately sent a postage-paid return label and processed the refund really quickly. Exemplary customer service.

Amazing company.
Amazing company.. We ordered our phones on the wednesday, they were delivered on the thursday and they are superb... We hadn't heard of the company before and usually went to John Lewis but they were out of stock and this company had good reviews so took a chance and very pleased.

Excellent company
Great choice of phones. Great price. Prompt dispatch but delivery was delayed by carrier. Communication from Lauren in customer service was excellent. She kept me updated with the situation and I received the phone the next day. Aftersales customer service was first class. A brand new phone at a price that wasn't beaten. Will definitely use this company again. Recommended.
