Another smooth transaction
This is my third time using Buybacktronics and it was another smooth transaction. I got the full amount promised. It took just less than a minute to get the quote and shipping label. The offer price was not much less than what I would have netted on Swappa and I don't have to deal with buyer's remorse or scams.

Trustworthy buy-back firm
So overall it was a good experience with transparency, lots of detail, etc. While you knocked the grade on my MacBook Air down one notch, you explained why and I felt that was fair. I also had priced it at both "good" and "fair" and while I thought it was good, I noted the "fair" price and that's what you offered so it wasn't just like an arbitrary cut.
The one area for improvement is a little quicker turnaround but there you did communicate that you were running behind and it was within the new time you had promised.
Payment was prompt and as expected.
Also, I had compared your price to prices on eBay and after taking into account the cut eBay would take, your price was very good for a more convenient option for selling my device.
Will use you guys again!

Like-new phone, received full promised payment
I had a fairly new phone to sell and BuyBackTronics offered the best price for it. I hadn't heard of them prior to doing a Google search so I was a little skeptical. I thought maybe they'd be like other companies that give you a great price upfront, before they have your item, but then once they have the item in-hand, then lower the payout. Well, BuyBackTronics isn't one of those companies.
I sent my phone, they evaluated it and sent me the full agreed on price. No deductions. I opted for a check and I received it in a timely manner. I am very, very pleased with BuyBackTronics.

Senior on a Fixed Income? Get Quick Cash by Selling Your Phone
As a senior citizen on a fixed income, it is nice to find a way to make a few extra dollars, but selling online can be a bit risky. I took a chance on BuyBackTronics because they had a high rating and their process was very easy to follow. They provide the instructions for wiping your phone clean. They also pay the cost of shipping; you just pack the phone, print the label, and drop it off at the carrier.
Now I can say this company is authentic. Everything they said they would do, they did. There was excellent communication from start to finish. They provided a very fair offer for my phone, which I gladly accepted. I promptly received a check in the mail and was able to cash it without any difficulties.
I am so grateful for their service and would highly recommend BuyBackTronics to everyone.
